Med hjælp fra en indfødt og erfaren kok lærer du alle hemmelighederne om italiensk mad. Du lærer, med en praktisk oplevelse, hvordan du laver 3 retter fra start til slut, og du vil være i stand til at nyde det, du har skabt! I løbet af klassen taler vi om de mest almindelige fejl, man kan begå, når man tilbereder en typisk italiensk ret, og du vil være i stand til at stille ethvert spørgsmål om italiensk mad og traditioner. Du får anbefalinger om de bedste restauranter og markeder i området og de bedste produkter at købe med hjem. Alt dette i et sjovt, men alligevel professionelt miljø, med en kok, der vil hjælpe dig under hele oplevelsen!

Wonderful evening Everything was perfect
An excellent cooking class! The chefs were very helpful and the food was delicious! Would definitely recommend, 100% worth the money! The ravioli in particular was incredible. Thanks again to the chefs for a great evening :)

This was such a fantastic experience. Not only was the food delicious (of course) but the instruction was fun and informative. I’ve done cooking classes before, and this one leaned practical. Real techniques with tools a person would use at home (like using a machine instead of rolling with pasta with a pin). For real, practical, take home practice, book this experience.
Today, my wife and I attended this enjoyable cooking class. We had a wonderful time for three hours and learned so much from Chef Doğa. She was warm, knowledgeable, and fun, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The way she explained everything was so clear and engaging that I felt like I had mastered making gnocchi, tiramisu, and ravioli on my very first try. Her assistant, Nippo, was also wonderful—a genuinely kind person who was incredibly helpful to everyone throughout the class. It was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable activity.
The cooking class was wonderful and met our expectations. Instructions were very thoughtful, so our 10 and 13 year old kids were able to cook independently. We had lots of fun and met very nice people there. Thank you!

A fantastic cooking experience in Milan! Learning to make fresh pasta, gnocchi, and tiramisu from scratch was both fun and rewarding. The instructions were clear, the ingredients were high quality, and the prosecco tasting was a lovely addition. Everything was authentic, well organized, and easy to follow. I left with new skills, delicious recipes, and great memories. Highly recommended!
