Communication was terrific! Ease of pick up at airport and transport to hotel smooth and comfortable. Driver introduced himself , carried bags, courteous and good conversation. Would highly recommend Viator.

Convenient and friendly service
Will the driver arrived soon after I did. He had my name on the sign. He was very helpful and gave valuable information regarding restaurants and interesting sights within walking distance. The car was large and comfortable. He helped me with luggage and even helped me set up a taxi for the next morning.

Paul let us know he was at the airport to pick us up and waited patiently while we dealt with baggage issues. The vehicle was comfortable and pleasant. No issues.

Prompt service, great communication
The driver was awesome, great communication, very flexible. We had paid for 4 adults from the airport so of course luggage for each person. The driver had been given the info that it was only 2 adults. But he made it work and we got where we needed to go by squeezing in!
