This team was absolutely the worst I’ve ever encountered. Their explanations were extremely poor and perfunctory. From the moment we entered the scenic area, they kept pushing overpriced and worthless products, clearly working together with local vendors to trap tourists. They tricked us into paying for unnecessary activities and charged way above the normal prices. They also kept demanding tips without any shame. Worst of all, they colluded with unrelated people pretending to sell fake entrance tickets at non-existent “gates,” just to scam more money. They forced us into multiple shops, and if you refused to buy, they showed terrible attitudes, and some even harassed customers. This is not just unprofessional — it’s a complete tourist scam. The Quad bike tour was more than I expected. The tour guide was excellent hands down. If you go to Egypt you must rude in the desert .

We booked the all inclusive with tour guide which was all it was suppose to be except we were taken to an oil shop and a papyrus shop where we felt a little pressure into buying something, other than that our tour guide was good, friendly and knowledgeable, my son went into the pyramid, rode the camel , drove the quad bike and we both went to the sphinx, it is very crowded with a lot of tourists and a lot of sellers but all in all the day was great and I saw my dream.

I had Ahmed Elsayed for a tour guide and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and taught a great deal of Egyptian history during the tour. The times were pretty flexible and if you don’t use all of your time at the pyramids/camel/atv they will take you to various stores around town to learn how they make papyrus, oils and medicines from flowers, and souvenir shops as well. The ATV riding in the desert was also much better than I have seen in other tourist traps. The food was good and everyone was very polite.

So the tour guide arrives and did not have a clue about whst I had purchased. He just wnated to tske us to the pursmids and then to shops whre he obviously gets a cut. He did not intend to take us to the cuad bikes. I had to insist that that was why I had purchased this tour specifically. In the end we went on an atv and the picture is me on a cuad that someone lent for that purpose. Then at the end of the tour the guide harrassed me to the point I was feeling afraid. He pushed the amount I should give him and the driver. He made me feel uncomfortable and afraid. I was not expecting this from a company as reputable as Viator.

After being on a tour for a week in Egypt we decided to stray from our tour group and book this excursion on her own we were so glad we did as this was the most fun we had all week since we are sightseeing the whole entire week or driver and tour guide where extremely nice and and or quarter riding adventure was super fun through the Sahara Desert and all the hills definitely worth taking just wish I would have done the 8 hour instead of the 4

Our guide and driver were friendly and knowledgeable. Emmy was an absolute delight and made our day such a great experience! She did an amazing job explaining everything to us and kept the vendors away as well as kept a great pace of the day. The camel ride was more of an “out and back” quick experience (but how much time do you really need on a camel?). The atv portion was a bit of a disappointment as the operator sat on the front of my unit for the whole time making it nerve wracking I was going to fall off… over all, this was worth the value as the guide made the day!

Muhammed ensured that this excursion was unique, presented professionally and accurately. I would highly recommend this all inclusive tour that allows you to be educated in Egyptian history, ride a camel and have an adrenaline rush while quadbiking on the dunes next to the pyramids. The most exciting day so far! It even includes a visit to a papyrus factory and perfumery! A MUST SEE AND DO!
