Genova Huler Indgang i Palma de Mallorca

Beskrivelse

The caves are in the middle of the city & underground. We walked into the tiny anteroom & decided we weren’t going any further. They do have a taped narration of what you’re seeing - in many languages. The app is downloaded to your phone. Others may enjoy it. We did not.
It's worth it. A spectacular place and the best thing is that you visit it alone, at your own pace and without time of residence.
It’s amazing how hidden it is. You walk down to a small restaurant and go through a door into the cave entrance. The cave was very nice to explore by ourselves. There is an audio guide to follow. The attendant was very friendly and we finished with a glass of sangria. Worth the bus ride from the cruise port.
Too expensive for what it offers. The island has much more beautiful and interesting caves. And the Service could be nicer.
We had visited the more commercialised Drach caves, but because we were staying in Palma decided to give these a go. After a ten minute bus ride we found it easily. We entered via a little courtyard/ cafe area and then were shown to the cave entrance and allowed to explore on our own. Although smaller than Drach, it was still a fair size, and a much more intimate experience as we basically had the caves to ourselves. I really enjoyed it! We even treated ourselves to a glass of sangria at the cafe when we came out. Lovely staff too.
Small-scale cave. Nice for a first experience. No music in the cave. Slightly, though. Parking very easy next to the cave and free. In the cave a little cooler but really no sweater needed. You will notice that there is less oxygen in the cave.
It was absolutely necessary with jogging shoes. It was damp, but not cold down the cave. Magic drip stones! Nice lighting, safe stairs and fine with varies to stick in. It was okay to go for us adults and grandchildren of 6 years.
Beautiful visit in this small cave!! Perfect at that time because we were only 4 people inside!!😃👍!! Nice play of light!!
We booked this through our hotel. What a waste of money. In and out within 10 minutes. There is no guide or any information signs. It did make our day though as we all had a good laugh of how terrible it was. €12 each I wouldn't even pay half of that it is not worth it at all.
This was the one flop of our trip! Nothing special and not in the direction of any of the other sites worth seeing. That said, the person working there told us of a beach that was a 15 minute drive away and said it's where a lot of the locals prefer to go. The beach was lovely - Cala Comtessa.
