Lovely bike ride even for those who do not normally exercise. If it’s hot bring water! Felt very safe.
Easy meet up and short walk to pick up bike. Operator was great, safety conscious when leading. Good itinerary to key spots I would not have gotten to on foot in 2 hours. A great way to see the city in a short time. It had been a while since I'd been on a bike, but it really is like riding a bike. The electric assist at key spots really helped. For most of the ride was we were on bike lanes or parkways. At no time did I feel unsafe. Was ready for a cold beer after! Our day was slightly overcast which made it not too sweaty. If sunny, would recommend bring water and sunscreen. Bike helmet provided. Bike had a place to strap a bag if needed. Would recommend!
It was a beautiful tour and Carol our guide was nice and informative .. The tour page said it’s a 2 and half our tour, but ours ended after 2 hours and 10 minutes only.. I would have liked to use that 20 minutes to bike around other places..
The tour is normally 2 hours for 2 or 3 people and for bigger groups 2h30. The Guide aims to be flexible concerning the finishing time for the comfort of all participants.
Our tour guide Carol was great and navigated the streets of Geneva on ebikes with ease. We learned so much about the UN, Red Cross, Lake Geneva, the chair, the hour-glass in the park. Carol took our pix at all the landmarks and it was just a fun tour. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed the tour. It's a great way to see many of the signts in a short amount of time. Plus, the ebikes are so much fun to ride!
Amazing guide, great at explaining history and meaning behind places and a great route around the city to see the main historical sites on an electric bike. Highly recommend!
Neither snow nor rain kept this tour from taking place. Bless Carol’s heart for not canceling despite the less than favorable weather! Also, she was very communicative beforehand and informative during the tour! Thanks again!!!!
You are welcome!
Fun way to see the sights! Carol was very nice and we zipped around town hitting many highlights of the city and she gave information about places of historical significance. I got lucky in that I was the only person for an afternoon session on a weekday so I had my own personal tour guide. Also got lucky in that it had rained earlier, but it cleared up for a nice bike ride around town.
It was fun. Happy travels.
Our guide was very nice person but not a very good guide. Didn't know a lot of the history and a lot of cycling but not many sites. She wasn't aware of the group if they were left behind, due to red light etc. Would not recommend this tour.
There is a second guide at the back of big groups. The Guide informs customers at all sites they are visiting. Undoubtedly the Old Town has its story to tell.
Lovely way to see the city. Geneva is very bike friendly and our guide was knowledgeable and nice. E-bikes are the way to go.
You are welcome!
