Great tour instead of a hunt and lots of fun.

While we signed up for the scavenger hunt, we ended up doing a guided tour, on our request. The centre of Galway has significant traffic at certain times of the day and there are no shoulders on the road to give a bike rider some sense of safety. Alex kindly offered to put us in with a tour going on an hour later. This tour was excellent and Alex ensured that all were as safe as could be. I would highly recommend taking a tour with this company. The scavenger hunt would be likely to be fun but I would only suggest that for people comfortable with biking with some traffic.

Recommended bike tour!

We were going to do the scavenger hunt but Alex asked if we wanted to join the tour group 30min later because there were only 2ppl. So glad we did. He took us around and told us a lot about the city which was great! Good fun biking with the slow Galway traffic and having fresh all around. Great tour and highly recommend. E-bikes are the best!

SUCH a blast!

This your was a BLAST!! It was so much fun to bike around the area, we felt like we saw things we wouldn’t normally see, and it gave us a good idea of where we were! We did this tour our first full day in Galway and it was so helpful to find little places we wanted to visit over our next few days! The scavenger hunt piece was a fun touch too, we were given a little map with points to hit and we had to find our way around. Alex was such a fantastic guy, he was SO friendly and helpful! We loved him lol so good at his job! He gave us the overview of the bikes and the tour and how things worked, made sure we felt comfortable, and also walked us around the city a little bit when we got back to show us some good places! Couldn’t recommend this enough!

So much fun to do with your older teens!

This was so much fun! We saw every inch of the city on this scavenger hunt. The bikes were easy to ride and use. So glad they were electric! Riding around Salthill on an unusually hot June day, the traffic was pretty heavy and a little scary but motorists are really patient with cyclists. Galway is very bike friendly.

Good fun

Did a scavenger hunt with Wewheel. First of all the bikes are excellent and we got to see loads of parts of Galway which was great. The combination of getting around quickly and the scavenger hunt was amazing. We were a group of 4 and we could chat through our helmets which was great fun. Highly recommend the experience.
