Du kan se "Skildpaddebevaringsprojekt, mens du rejser til Galle. Du kan se meget smukke skildpadder herfra, og hvis du er glad, kan du frigive babyskildpadderne i havet efter kl. 18.00. Dette sted vil tilfredsstille dit trætte sind. Det vil være en god meditation for dit sind.
Nyd Sri Lankas verdenskendte krydderier ved deres kilde. Besøg en krydderhave, hvor duften af kanel, peber, kardemomme, muskatnød og mus overvælder sanserne, og besøgende får et indblik i en ældgammel industri med krydderiproduktion, der tiltrækkede mange europæiske og asiatiske handlende til havnene i det gamle Sri Lanka.

26. december 2004 var en meget mørk dag for Sri Lanka. Fordi Tsunami-tragedien kom til Sri Lankas sydlige provins. I dette museum indeholder fotos af denne tragedie. Du kan se det, mens du rejser til Galle. Advarsel - Hvis du er en bange eller traumatiseret person, bør du ikke se dette museum, efter at vi kan se Tsunami-mindesmærket også lukket af.
Lige på kysten nord for Hikkaduwa er denne statue af en stående Buddha, der vender mod bølgerne med hænderne i abhaya-mudraet (Buddha udgør formidlende frygtløshed og beskyttelse). Statuen er en kopi af Afghanistans Bamiyan Buddha, som blev ødelagt af Taliban i 2001.
Efter frokosten besøger vi Galle fæstning er et meget gammelt sted i Sri Lanka. Denne fæstning oprettet af Portugues i 1588, fordi Sri Lanka tidligere var en koloni af portugisierne. Denne fæstning indeholder så mange gamle ting og dets meget højere sted i Galle by. Derudover kan du se Clock Tower, Bastions, Galle Natural Habour, Light House, Dutch Church og mere. Efter at vi kører tilbage til dit hotel.

Great day out. Lots of places to see so be ready. The river cruise was the highlight of the day Moonstone mine has a really nice factory shop and beautiful pieces Our driver was outstanding met us right on time and very friendly and accommodating

A fabulous day out with a variety of activities. My favourite were the turtles, river cruise and the Fort Galle. Loved the transport. I can recommend. Thanks Dim for an excellent day.

Have not long arrived home from the most amazing holiday in Sri Lanka! This was mainly due to the trips that Dimuthu had planned for us. The trips we went on were fantastic. Our day trip to Galle was great. It is such a beautiful place. The scenery and stops we made during our way to Galle, were great. Galle is such a lovely place. Dimuthu's knowledge of the area was fantastic too. This trip is a must! Cannot thank Dimuthu enough for all his organising and making all our day trips great. We had a wonderful day experiencing a glimpse into what Sri Lanka has to offer. It was our first full day in Sri Lanka but the tour was a great way to kick things off. We started off with Dim picking us up early and setting off. We were provided water upon entering the car. The car was very spacious and well air conditioned which was very welcome on a very hot day. Dim was fantastic throughout, giving us plenty of information on the local area, taking us to many local spots including a turtle conservation project, local shops and a boat tour. The boat tour was a particular highlight that we both loved where we saw many stunning views and wildlife. After some lunch, we capped off the tour finishing up in Galle which was stunning. We drove around highlighting some key points before jumping out to see some of the stunning views. Dim was very knowledgeable and gave some insight into the fort and its history. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend Dim for this trip and many of the others he offers.

Booked Dim for our day tour to Galle. Had an amazing day , visited lots of interesting places. Had great time on the Madu river boat . We then stopped at a restaurant for lunch recommended by Dim in Hikkaduwa, excellent choice . Finished off with tour round Galle . Dim has a great knowledge of history. We travelled in comfort with a great guide , he even stopped and got some medication for my partner who was not feeling to great . Can’t recommend him highly enough .
