Very good experience
Very good service, punctual, professional and attentive guides. The tours are very interesting and comprehensive. The hotel they booked for us was simple but clean and had what was necessary. Perhaps they should improve the meal service offered. We did not see many birds, but we believe it was because of the time of the visit. The rest is recommended.

I work in the tourism sector and after having been on several tours with this agency, I can confirm their professionalism and extreme punctuality!! Something I value a lot. From the very first moment, Wilter was charming and very attentive, taking care of all my needs. The guide Rodrigo provided A LOT of details about each place. It is clear that he loves Galápagos and that is spectacular. Luis, the group companion, was super attentive, always watching out for EVERYONE, taking photos of everyone and waiting for the last ones when necessary. These are small details that are highly valued nowadays. I did several tours with other agencies throughout Galápagos and honestly, Discovering Galápagos was the most professional of all, fulfilling what was agreed upon. A THOUSAND THANKS FOR EVERYTHING. I would definitely do it again with them 100% :)

Tour confirmation and guide quality
Dear team, I am very happy with your assistance during these 4 days in the beautiful Galapagos Islands, thank you for your support, but there were more places to see; I hope you have options for a second or third part, so on future trips I won't visit the ones I already did. The guide assigned to us was an excellent person and very knowledgeable about the history of the Islands, very kind, and his talks, instructions, and teachings were very clear.
