Our family had an absolutely incredible experience with WOW Hawaii Gondola Cruises, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Oahu! Our guide, Shawn, was outstanding. He was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire evening so relaxing and enjoyable. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does, and his passion made the experience even more special. Watching the Friday night Waikiki fireworks from the gondola was absolutely breathtaking. Being out on the water while the sky lit up was peaceful, beautiful, and something we’ll never forget. As if that wasn’t enough, when we returned to the harbor, we were lucky enough to witness Kelly Rowland’s arrival after completing her incredible world-record-setting ocean row. What an amazing moment to be there at the exact same time and experience such an exciting piece of history! What really sets WOW Hawaii Gondola Cruises apart is that they’re a small, family-owned business. They make you feel like part of their family from the moment you arrive. Their kindness, genuine aloha spirit, and attention to detail made this experience unforgettable. If you’re visiting Oahu, this is an absolute must-do! My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Hawaii WOW tonight, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed like family. The father graciously shuttled us to the harbor and made sure we knew exactly where to go, which made everything feel effortless and stress-free. The two brothers who hosted our gondola ride were incredibly friendly, funny, and personable. Their warmth and hospitality made the evening even more memorable. We enjoyed wine during the ride, and the pastries and macadamia chocolates they provided were such a thoughtful touch. The timing couldn't have been more perfect—we were just the right distance away to enjoy a fireworks display, which made the evening feel absolutely magical. Gliding along the Ala Wai Canal under the moon and stars was peaceful, romantic, and incredibly serene. The music, lights, and bubbles added such a charming atmosphere, and we loved learning a little history about the area along the way. This family-owned business clearly puts so much heart into creating a special experience for their guests. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and you can truly feel the love and pride they have for what they do. I highly recommend Hawaii WOW to anyone visiting Oahu. Whether you're celebrating something special or simply looking for a unique and romantic experience, this is something you won't forget. We would absolutely do it again!
Elliot and Sean gave us a truly wonderful experience for our 25th wedding anniversary. Our gondola ride was incredibly relaxing, and we appreciated learning so much about the Hawaiian area we traveled through. If you are in Honolulu on a Friday, this is a MUST. We booked the Waikiki Gondola for the fireworks, and it was the best decision we made! Because the gondola is smaller and more maneuverable, we got closer to the fireworks than any of the giant catamarans or crowded tour boats. Being right under the display on a private boat was breathtaking. As a total surprise, we also experienced the 'Aloha Borealis' laser show under the bridge, it was like a magical light show right on the water! Our gondolier was so professional and made the whole Waikiki sunset cruise feel like a dream. Truly the best private fireworks cruise in Waikiki!

We experienced the exclusivity of the only traditional gondola cruise operating in Hawaii. It had an intimate & private atmosphere. We escaped the crowds of large tour boats on this private Waikiki gondola which felt like it was designed for romance and relaxation. We had a breathtaking Diamond Head View as we glided through the calm waters of Magic Island and under the bridges of the canal with a front row seat to the iconic Waikiki skyline with champagne glasses in hand. We had a master Gondolier Guide, enjoyed personalized storytelling and local history as he navigated the canal. Perfect for our special occasion.

This was excellent. A really lovely night. SHAUN our guide was oersonable polite funny entertaining and simply fantastic. Not a bad singer either but I will not tell you more about that so you have to go to experience it. THE GONDOLA was very confy some drink lively italian biscults and chocolates privuded. It was truely money well spent.
