Du vil se nogle af de smukkeste steder i verden på én dag! Vi mødes kl. 8.00 og tager til Sedonas smukke røde klipper. Ikke alene er Sedona helt fantastisk, den menes at have helbredende kræfter fra de magnetiske hvirvler, der er placeret der. Vi vil besøge stedet for en faktisk hvirvel, Chapel of the Holy Cross med udsigt over Bell Rock og Cathedral Rock. Så rejser vi på en af de mest naturskønne motorveje i Amerika, 89A. Vi stopper et indiansk håndværksmarked, der drives af lokale indianske amerikanere, og så tager vi ud for at se et af verdens 7 naturlige vidundere, Grand Canyon! Vi ankommer til Grand Canyon om eftermiddagen for at nyde dette storslåede og betagende syn! Vi vil *ikke* se solnedgangen ved Grand Canyon, men på vores køretur tilbage til Phoenix vil du nyde den bedste solnedgang i verden, en Arizona-solnedgang!

Vi besøger Chapel of the Holy Cross i Sedona. Chapel of the Holy Cross er en kirke bygget lige ind i de røde klipper i Sedona, Arizona. På siderne og foran spreder Sedona sig majestætisk ud, et fejende landskab med røde klipper, træer og nestede huse. Bell Rock og Courthouse Butte er synlige mod syd og Cathedral Rock mod vest. Vi tager en bid at spise, og så kører vi til Grand Canyon! Køretid fra Phoenix til Sedona er 2 timer.
Oak Creek Canyon er berømt verden over for sin spektakulære natur. Vi stopper ved Oak Creek Canyon Vista. Her kan du få et fugleperspektiv af, hvad der venter dig nede ad vejen, og på samme tid købe indianske smykker og andre håndværksgenstande fra de lokale indianere, der opretter udstillinger langs stierne.
Grand Canyon National Park, i Arizona, er hjemsted for meget af den enorme Grand Canyon med sine lagbånd af rød sten, der afslører millioner af års geologisk historie. Udsigtspunkter inkluderer Mather Point, Yavapai Observation Station og arkitekten Mary Colter's Lookout Studio og hendes Desert View Watchtower. Enjoyed every minute! Naala was very informative with historical information that she shared during the tour . Naala pointing out the vegetation, land scapes along the way to the Grand Canyon. The tour was 12.5 hours but the day flew by ! Worth every penny !

Fantastic trip! Really enjoyed the experience and it was something I thought I would never do in my life. Tour guide was amazing and knowledgable. Very personal and was interested in getting to know our group. Sedona and Grand Canyon were absolutely breathtaking and guide knew the best places to drop us off and tell us where to go.

We were the only clients for that day so effectively we had the car & guide, Naala, all to ourselves! It was an awesome trip from the get go. Naala, who owns Elegant Travel, was punctual & very well organised & an extremely careful driver of a well maintained, clean & super comfortable vehicle. She had more than ample water/snacks for us & made sure we had enough comfort stops. The day passed so quickly because there was never a dull moment! Naala is so personable & gracious; with a wealth of knowledge not only of the flora, fauna & geographical wonders of Arizona but also beyond, due to her extensive travel experience. Her commentaries/anecdotes enroute there & back were relevant, entertaining & interesting. She brought us straight to the highlights of Sedona, the Grand Canyon, lunch venue, Arts & Crafts market, maximising the entire day's enjoyment. She updated us regularly on where we were/what we are viewing & we are truly appreciative of her dedication to ensure the best experience ever for her guests. We have come away with the most wonderful memories of the spectacular Grand Canyon and Sedona and it's all thanks to Naala & her flawless professionalism. Naala was our driver. She was amazing. So much knowledge to share with us. This is a trip of a life time. It's a must. We have always wanted to see the Grand Canyon since moving here. This is the best way to go because you get to sit back and relax and enjoy the view
