Excellent excursion paradise made with domi. Domi is a wonderful person with whom next year I would definitely do it again with him for all my problems he was always a beautiful person.
It was a long day, but this day was worth it. We saw everything we wanted to see and the tour guide Hani was extraordinarily dedicated. It just doesn't get any better.
We were picked up at our hotel in Hurghada on time at 04:45 in the morning and driven to the airport. After landing in Cairo we were already met by a tour guide. His name was Heny and he was absolutely awesome! It was not the 0815 but he could really give us sound knowledge in good German for all the visits we made. In the morning we visited the museum in Cairo for two hours. Afterwards we did a small boat tour on the Nile. Afterwards, we ate something and visited the Giza pyramids and the Sphinx. It also had a small visitor there. Shortly before departure we also checked out a papyrus museum. The trip would have been half as good if we had not had our guide Heny. He gave us insider information on everything we need to look out for in the pyramids of the people there, what is worthwhile and what is not. He also negotiated really great prices for us in the bazaar. In the end we left on time again and were also back at our hotel on time. I would definitely book the trip again!
Understand the negative reviews zero. We had a great experience. We were picked up on time and driven to the airport. From there we flew by small plane to Cairo, where a gentleman was already waiting for us. On the bus we had met the group and the guide Hany. Hany was great. He was very friendly, accommodating, patient and entertaining. First we visited a museum where we were told a lot about Hany. It took about two hours. The museum was muggy and very hot, which made us all the more excited about the pre-air-conditioned bus. The bus driver had bought water and later also Coke, for which we had to pay. But water is a must for visiting the museum. Afterwards we went on a voluntary Nile trip. This lasted almost an hour and was entertaining and also relaxing. However, this was also additional to pay, 10€ per person. Then we went to lunch. There was a small buffet but also here the drinks were to be paid for themselves. The restaurant was about 30 min. away by bus. But it was very close to the pyramids, which was also our next stop. Hany booked for us horse-drawn carriages and camels, varying in price (and to pay again). We were there about 2:00 pm and had plenty of time. We climbed up to the first pyramid, took lots of pictures and afterwards we went with the horses and camels a little further into the desert, where we had an incredible view of all the pyramids. Our driver (of the carriage) took a lot of pictures of us. He was very friendly, very many different poses with the pyramids in the background, on the camels etc. And yes, if you choose the carriage, which was a little cheaper, you can still get on a camel there, we were also offered a small round. On the way there we saw the other pyramids up close and were also able to take photos of them. Hany offered us tea afterwards, before we even made our way to the Sphynx. Right there was a valley that had already closed. Hany managed to get our group down to take pictures. Afterwards we went to the Bazaar, just in front of the Sphynx. Again, Hany negotiated down prices for all of them and made us super satisfied. Since we then still had time left, we went to a papyrus shop / museum, which was on the way. We were shown how papyrus is created, some works of art also glow in the dark. There were free drinks with it. After that the excursion was over and we were taken to the airport. In itself it was worth 5 stars, however the whole trip was quite expensive and had to pay a lot extra.
They rested in Sharm El Sheikh during the May 2021 holidays. Two adults and a child seven years old. Our cameraman in Sharm was Flash tours. Wanted to see the pyramids, but was wary of the distance from Sharm to Cairo. Promised 5 hours one-way bus journey, overnight dinner and breakfast buffet in Cairo, tour to the Egyptian Museum, Pyramids, Sphinx. What's done: well-guided tours, a normal big bus with a neat driver, an armed escort. What's not done: a nine-hour one-way commute, a hotel in Cairo - a dirty ship on the Nile with bad food. Rooms - tiny cabins (4 meters square). Drinks (even water) for a fee ($2 glass). Bottom line: non-binding and non-compliance with promises gives rise to failure. If it had been known in advance that the road took nine hours instead of five, we would have refused. The choice is yours.
22.04.2021 I went on a trip with my two grandchildren, 8 years old and 11 years old, and my daughter from flash tour to Cairo from Hurghada. It all started from the beginning: the bus was supposed to arrive at 1 a.m. came at 2 a.m. The tour operator promised a big comfortable bus, came a small bus, well very small for 20 seats. We had 10 tourists, two drivers and a tour guide. Sitting was very uncomfortable, two tall guys couldn't fit their legs and had to stretch them out into the aisle. It was eight hours and eight hours back to Cairo. Instead of the promised return at 10 p.m., we returned at 2 a.m. The first was a tour from the museum, I liked it, then we went to the papyrus store for some reason, then the butter store. Cairo is a huge city, traffic everywhere, distances are long. Eventually we arrived at the pyramids at 2.40 p.m. And at 3 p.m., the entrance to the grounds is closed. We watched the pyramids for 10 minutes, then drove two minutes to the sphinx and had eight minutes to admire them. Then the entrance was closed and we were asked to leave. That's the whole meeting with places that have been dreamed of for so long. 18 minutes. Then we went to lunch, on the way we were shown the mosque from the bus while on the way. That's the whole trip. It took eight hours to return again. On a bus so small and low you can feel all the rough roads, it was horrible, my whole body hurt, it's impossible to sleep. It's not a tour operator, it's crooks who only want to take your money from you and then they don't need you. The impressions are disgusting. The guide said interesting things, but because of the bad pronunciation, I didn't understand half. And I wasn't the only one who didn't understand what he was saying, the other people on the bus didn't understand his speech very well either, unfortunately. When we got there and all this I found Ahmed, our guide, so he just wouldn't listen to me all the way and left. Don't like it, then call the hotline. You could at least apologize. It's all terrible and what they charged $85 for, I don't understand, pain and disappointment. Only the drivers have tried, but they're not to blame.

We were guided by the flash tour guides, during our stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We bought 2 excursions and one was for free, the free excursion was in the Sharm el Sheikh, the 4 hour of experience in different country, it was a lady and she was nice, good explaining about the city, but how we understand later every guide had commissions from where they bring tourist to buy souvenirs. The second excursion it was to drive in dessert with quadrocycle/ motorbike, it cost 20 dollars per person, and as well if want to walk around 5 minutes with camel you need to spend 5 dollar, but realistic it cost 2 dollars if you pay directly to the men’s in that area, but it was absolutely nice and an amazing experience, you just need to have with you glasses and a scarf because it’s dusty. The third and last excursion was to Cairo, we spend 130 per person, just excluding that we saw pyramids and Sphinx, the uncomfortable bus, the hotel with a small and rooms and dirty towels, with hairs in the bathroom. The poor choices at the dinner and morning buffet. The service that was promised from the start was high adverted buy the guid but the reality was just I not will choose ever the Flash Tour agency. Very disappointed, the traffic during the way to and from Cairo was not explained from the start, they promised 5 hours to and same from Cairo but actually it take more then 7 hours. We spend 2 days almost on the way. The excursion to the Pyramids and Sphinx, as well the museum and river Nil on the boat, we spend 30 min per each destination, every time in a rush. The lunch on the boat was so poor, same for me and my husband, no choices at all, and all drinks was with separately payment, even water. I am absolutely dissatisfied, we later find excursion for the less Prince and with more destinations.
The guide at the hotel described the tour: Departure at 13:30-14:00, lunch from the hotel (dry ration) will be provided. Travel time is approximately 7 hours, followed by hotel check-in and dinner. The hotel room promised better than our current one. Then in the morning breakfast and a trip to the museum, the papyrus institute, the pyramids and the Sphinx statue and something else... But he certainly didn't say anything about the perfume shop. He also promised lunch, and on his return to the hotel dinner (dry ration). What happened in fact: Departure at 1:45 p.m., but we weren't given food on the road - the guide didn't make any arrangements. The journey took 10 hours, and all the while we were without food or water (we took ours, which saved us). On the way (and back and forth), we stopped at the same store, with overpriced, scarce choices and a pay toilet. Stand there for 30 or 40 minutes. The guide actively sent everyone to the paid toilet, even though the toilet was on the bus, but he didn't want to talk about it. The bus, by the way, was dirty and in less than perfect condition. There was a big gas station near this store that we stopped at on the way back for gas. There was a big store at that gas station with normal prices, good choices, hot drinks and a free toilet - but we weren't brought in. The bus was refuelled behind the store, meaning we were literally brought behind the store and kept waiting on the bus while it was refuelled. But we did get off the bus and went to that store because we were very tired, hungry and wanted hot tea. Upon arrival in Cairo, we were fed and checked into an inactive hotel. The room was very dirty. Dirty floors, dirty furniture (there were two chairs with fabric upholstery, she was covered in divorces), dirty switches and a plumber who needed to be replaced. The excursion itself wasn't bad, except instead of the Papyrus Institute, we were taken to a regular papyrus gift shop. We were also taken to a perfume shop, where we lost about an hour of time - we should have arrived an hour earlier at the hotel. They also asked for the return of the entrance ticket from the museum and the pyramids - not critical, but I would like to keep them. At about 12 o'clock, we were taken to some inactive fish restaurant and fed. But there were no fish at lunch, and no drinks - they're for a fee. The food was decent, but the restaurant was dirty (there were also upholstered chairs, but this time they were "saturated"). Going forward and say that we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m., i.e. this lunch was supposed to "enough" for 13+ hours. Not only that, but when we arrived at the hotel, we found that we didn't have any dinner - the guide didn't order it.
