Normalt er tidsplanen for søgning af passagererne efter deres hoteller eller indkvartering i gruppetjenester mellem 7:00 og 7:45 am. Vi tager afhentning fra andre hoteles, men de skal være 20 blok fra hovedtorget i byen Salta "Plaza 9 de Julio" (Esquina Caseros & Bartolomé Mitre, Salta, Argentina) HVIS PASSAGERERNE HAR EN INDKVARTERING, DER IKKE ER ET HOTELL ELLER VÆRT, ER DET NØDVENDIGT, AT PASSAGERERNE INDGIVER AT FULL OPLYSNINGER OM DIN AKKOMMODATION (GATESNAVN OG ADRESSENUMMER). Vi afhenter fra disse anbringender, men de skal være 20 blok fra hovedtorget i byen Salta "Plaza 9 de Julio". (Esquina Caseros & Bartolomé Mitre, Salta, Argentina) Hvis passagererne opholder sig i en lejlighedsbygning, er det nødvendigt, at de angiver os nummeret på den lejlighed, hvor de skal bo. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- --------------------- Hvis passagerer opholder sig i hoteller / vandrehjem / indkvartering uden for søgeområdet, skal passagerer møde op på vores kontorer (Calle Buenos Aires Nº 186) kl. 7:00 på dagen for udflugt. Cachi is a pretty town, but the road, with a section of cloud forest, the impressive Cuesta del Obispo, and Los Cardones National Park with the snow-capped mountains in the background, makes the trip more than worthwhile. The guide, Verónica, was very kind and professional.

We went September 17 of this year to cachi.EXCELLENT!!!! We went with Gaby Gaby (chauffeur and guide).It was extraordinary everything!!! We passed 10. The Warm Mood they created between the explanations of the trip and their friendly treatment made it spectacular.. We highly recommend them. THANK YOU
Don't be fooled by the score. This agency works with outsourced companies and does not report it. On 06/08/2025 we hired an excursion to Cachi, which ended up being operated by the Tiamar Enterprise with a vehicle from La Quebrada. Since we got into the combi we noticed its lack of maintenance, but we never imagined that it would become a real risk to our safety. On the way back, at about 4.30pm, part of the steering shaft of a wheel broke in the middle of Cuesta del Obispo — a route of steep curves at high altitude. The drivers did not have any means of communication with the Enterprise (there is no signal in the area) or any support vehicle or trailer. The driver, with extreme care, drove at 5 km/h to a stop, while the guide got into a truck to call for help in the city. We spent hours stranded and it got dark waiting for them to come and rescue us. Only at 8.30pm did a replacement arrive, with the anguish that children and elderly people were travelling in the combi. We had left Cachi at 15:30 to arrive in Salta at 18:00, but ended up arriving at 22:45. The next day we went to the agency to make the claim, as no one contacted us or apologized. There we were informed that the combi was from La Quebrada and that they had not even been notified of what happened. This shows a worrying lack of communication and accountability. We feel completely unprotected by the silence of the driver and guide, and by the irresponsibility of operating excursions with outsourced companies without informing passengers. Our recommendation: look for safer and more transparent alternatives.
All the sites were nice but the guide was rushing us all the time. Calling and messaging us before and during the tour with directive messages
