Fulddagstur til Kuwait City

Dear Gwen_W, Thank you for your feedback regarding your booking for the Full Day Kuwait City Tour We sincerely regret that your tour was not fulfilled, and we understand your frustration with the refund process. However, we must respectfully clarify the details of this situation for the benefit of all travelers reviewing our services: Availability: Our records confirm that the tour was scheduled to run as booked on [Original Date/Time], and our team was prepared to accommodate your booking. Communication: We maintain complete records showing that after initial communications regarding this booking, we did not initiate any subsequent rescheduling attempts or cancellations, nor did we "ghost" you. Cancellation Policy: The booking remained confirmed and active until the scheduled start time. Unfortunately, you did not attend the tour and did not formally cancel the booking within the required cancellation timeframe. We understand that you ultimately chose to book with a different operator, potentially attracted by a cash discount. While we respect your choice to pursue other travel options, a "no-show" on a confirmed booking, especially without formal cancellation, means we cannot recover the operational costs and loss of opportunity for other bookings. Therefore, according to the terms and conditions of your confirmed Viator booking, we are unable to process a refund in this instance Ahmed

We understand your disappointment, especially as you were looking forward to it. The cancellation was due to a sudden and unexpected mechanical failure of the vehicle scheduled for your tour.
