Amazing tour.. I got a lot of benefits of this tour.. 1-Sport excercises as we use bike for long distances 2- more historical knowledge we get because we use to stop in historical places and the guide man Mr:Mike explained about it 3- visited many beautiful places by bike 4_ the guide man Mr:Mike is so kind and also the group tourist

Took the 7 hr bike tour over Easter, although we enjoyed the tour and the guide was good, it is not a 7 hr bike tour as advertised. described as 7 hrs with a lunch break, we thought we would be out for 7 hrs, NO it was a morning tour approx. 2 hrs return to shop , leave bike for 1.5 hrs then go out again for 2.25 hrs. we felt let down and misled with this, thought we would be out for most of the day stop at a local eatery for food and drink and talk to your fellow riders in the group, not return after 2hrs then all go separate ways. as said what we done was good but in my opinion for the cost its not worth the money. Would not recommend this tour. ( we never claimed a refund either as you learn by your mistakes and they are in business to make money, and Prague is a lovely city to visit).
Hello from Praha Bike. Thank you for taking the time and commenting on our pros & cons. It looks like there was some misunderstanding and we apologize for this. As you said and as it is described on our website The Big All in One Tour is the combination of our 2 tours: Panoramic & Castle Bike tour and Classic City Bike tour with 1.5 hours break in the middle for lunch. The clients have a choice go for a local lunch with our tour guide or by themselves and usually we do it together but sometimes people have different wishes or want some time alone. About the price, we should point out that the Big tour is a good deal and still cheaper than if you would take two tours separately in order to cover a whole city :). We are sorry that you did not like the arrangement of our tour. We always offer a full refund to our customers if they are not happy with the experience.
I had a great time biking with Fransisco on the 7/5. He is an excellent tourguide and easy to talk to. I learned about the history of Prauge in 7 hours and i will happily recommend Praha bike and Fransisco for everybody.

Had a really enjoyable trip. Saw a lot of the city and got a bit if exercise doing so. Headsets meant you can always hear the guide. The Panoramic part of the tour in the morning was my favourite part of the tour. Prague us not overly cycle friendly with cobbles, tramlines and few cycle lanes but the tour tries to keep you away from the busy roads as much as possible but you do have to be an adult and take responsibility for your own safety. Would definitely recommend the tour as a great way to see Prague.

My husband and I did this tour during our summer travels. We were quite disappointed and can overall say this was one of the worst bike tours we have ever done (out of 10+). First of all, we booked the city e-bike tour several months in advance. When we arrived, we were the only ones in our group with e-bikes. If you are familiar with e-bikes, then you can understand they are not fun unless the entire group is using them. Second, we were not impressed how the tour was organized. We did a short tour in the morning, broke for lunch on our own, and then met again to do another tour in the afternoon (which also covered some of the same areas we toured in the morning). We were disappointed to eat lunch on our own because we find a group lunch is much more interesting. Not only can we learn more about the city life from our guide, but it gives us an opportunity to talk with other travelers and their experiences. We hope others have a better experience than we had.

First of all please accept our apologies, we are very surprised and sad to hear we did not meet your expectations and wish you let us know about it during or right after your tour. Our policy is 100% satisfied customers, which means if someone is not happy with tour we offer other tours for free or a 100% refund. Even though we are trying very hard to give good time and great experience to all our customers, look like it is hard to meet everybody's special needs. In this case we often suggest to reserve Private bike tour and customize it according to your wishes. Concerning to your main critics, all our tours are thought for normal and e-bikes (except one: the “Great Prague - E-Bike City&Park Tour” only on e-bikes). The tours goes in the same pace regardless if it is on classic or e-bikes due to safety reason. We then leave to all our customers the option to choose the E-Bike, just in order to have an easier and more relaxing ride, while we keep the same pace. Our goal is to share our passion for Prague and bikes with everyone, always trying to find the most suitable solution for each single customer. Whenever numbers allow, we do separate E-bike riders from normal ones, but clearly this does not always happen. We will try to make more clear for all our customers that their group might be a “mixed one”, ie with normal and electric bikes. During the Big All In One Tour we do cross couple of same places but we do not make the same stops and do not talk about same history and Prague life facts. The Big bike tour is a combination of our two main city bike tour (Classic & Panoramic) and is really still one of the best option to cover all the major, and not only, sites in Prague just in about 5-6 hours. Regarding the lunch, the Guide always offers to all to customers to join him for a meal in a typical Czech restaurant: if for some reason this did not happen, we again, apologize. Sometimes though guides are judging that people prefers to have a couple of free hours, or more simply customers do not seem enthusiastic about Czech food or going for lunch with the group. In this case tour guide will always gives people recommendations. All our guides are passionate and love to share their experiences, tips and opinion about Prague, the Czech Republic and even their own lifes (and luckily we do receive positive reviews confirming this). Especially with groups made by people not knowing each other is not always easy to find the right balance: what interests one may bores someone else.
