Welly was an outstanding guide - knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. Our five hours went by very quickly, and we could have kept going!
Paolo was an excellent guide! Our large family 8 had such a wonderful time! The fact that it was frigidly cold didn't even matter! 😆 My husband and I have been to Paris once before, but the rest of the family had not. He is so knowledgeable about so much history and architecture of every building in Paris, he made every step a learning and exciting experience. I continually said, "I never knew that!" He was great with the kids- 10, 15 and 17, and encouraged questions of all types! We discussed history, current culture and daily life in Paris, and received the best recommendations for the remainder of our trip. If you're trying to decide who to choose for your guide - look no further. This man is wonderful! Thanks, Paolo!
Wandering the streets of Paris with Louis on our 5 hour walking tour was excellent. Louis engaged with everyone in our group. The pace of the tour allowed us to stop and capture plenty of photos. We enjoyed a delicious sweet treat at one of Louis favourite spots. He shared many stories of Paris’ history past and present. We visited districts of Paris we would not have thought to go. We would highly recommend a day out with Louis when in Paris.
Anukool was a pure delight. We had such an enjoyable day and tour of Paris on our first day. It was a great way to get the lay of the land and learn so much about the city. He was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. I chose him based on his high reviews and I can see why. You will not be disappointed.
Gelsomina was great! She was on time and communicated well with us. She shared a lot of information and made touring around Paris so much fun!
Welly was very (very) accommodating as we had to change our date and time (and our meeting location). He was responsive to the Chat and able to modify the tour to suit our requests of places to skip since we did some of the touristy spots before this tour. Welly had a lot of knowledge about the main sights as well as inside information about places off the beaten track. There is obviously a lot of history in Paris, and I feel like we covered a lot of it during our time with Welly. I highly recommend spending some time with him while you’re in Paris. Do it on one of your first days so he can give you insight as to places to visit while you’re there. Also, so you can go back to any place you want to spend more time. He walked at a good pace all day, not too fast or too slowly. This was by far our best value tour (by a large margin). No better way to see this beautiful city.
Anna is not only knowledgeable and presenting all facts and details in a great professional way - she is also a great person showing really nice attitude and care. We were with a small child and she gave so much practical advice, making our tour really easy and comfortable. We managed to see all the main sightseeings and also some really nice „hidden“ spots that only a local can show. Highly recommend choosing Anna as your local guide! Thank you Anna!
Welly was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he personalized the tour to cater to the things we liked. He took us to a wonderful cafe for lunch, treated us to a coffee and a chocolate eclair at a bakery where we got to buy other sweets and a baguette which was one of our requests. We learned a lot about different historical events that happened in Paris and were shown the different scars that France keeps to remember those events. We got to see everything that we had asked to be shown and we ended the day at the Eiffel Tower. He even let us know what metro route to take to get back to our hotel which was extremely helpful! 10/10 experience we definitely will be recommending Welly to any friends and family who decide to take a private tour! It’s definitely an amazing experience when you have a guide that is passionate about their job!
This was our first visit to Paris and we will always have fond memories of Paris (and its food scene) thanks to Gelsomina. Walking through the streets of Paris seeing all the wonderful monuments she made us feel as if we were out on a stroll with a friend at our hometown. Our pace was regulated by Gelsomina such that we never felt tired. I would confidently recommend Gelsomina as a guide.
Anukool is an amazing host for Paris. He is well-versed in the history of the City and will show you the most important monuments of Paris as well as interesting smaller sights and stories. He is very flexible in routing according to your interests, as well as sharing his favorite foods and vendors along the way. I highly recommend a tour with Anukool - you will not be disappointed!
