Great tour to the lakes with a good operator; recommended
Great experience. Sanja our guide was awesome, with great mood and attitude the entire day. Everything went smoothly, from checking in, to bus schedule and trip, to park visit. Recommended. Also, visiting in late september was perfect, with fewer people and milder weather, which made for an even better experience

Amazing and beautiful
Lovro was our guide and he was fantastic. Funny, informative and very friendly. So worth the visit. The whole family enjoyed it. The walk is easy and the lace s beautiful.

We toured 3 places, but not Platvice Lake
The day before our tour the tour company reached out to us and said, for to the limited time we would be in port in Split, the trip to this national Park would not be possible. We were very disappointed, but realized this could not be helped. The company suggested that we go to Krka Waterfalls National Park instead. We agreed with this option. Our guide was Ela. She was a very personable young woman who was also very knowledge about everywhere we went. I must also mention that her English is exceptional. We discussed with her the fact that our itinerary got changed. She suggested a quite aggressive agenda, seeing 3 different spots before we had to return to the cruise ship at 4pm. We agreed to this idea and it was a terrific day. We arrived at Krka Waterfalls before the crowds and Ela walked the park with us, showing us the routes so we spent our time there efficiently. Krka National Park was placid and beautiful, and the water features were lovely.
Next Ela drove us to Trogir. Again she walked with us around the historic site, explaining the history and taking us to a fabulous little hidden gem for coffee. We enjoyed the sights in Trogir.
Ela then drove us back to Split, where she walked us around the city, showing us the historical venues and discussing changes that had taken place over the centuries. At the end of the walk again she took us to a wonderful little shop where we got a huge, tremendous caprese focaccia sandwich which was large enough for us both to split.
Ela helped us make lemonade out of the lemons of our cancelled initial itinerary, and we are leaving Split with no regrets. We recommend both Ela and the 3 places we visited.

Krka, Trogir, and Split each offer something completely different, and having the opportunity to experience all three in one day, especially with Ela guiding you through them, seems to have made for a wonderful alternative. We are thrilled that you enjoyed the day and that you are leaving Split with no regrets.
It was truly our pleasure to help create an experience that went beyond simply following an itinerary. We hope that Croatia has left you with wonderful memories and, most importantly, a reason to come back.
And next time, we hope you'll give us the chance to take you to Plitvice Lakes — as well as some of the many other spectacular places our beautiful country has to offer.

Our tour guide Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered everyone's questions and addressed everyone on the tour individually. Our driver Marko also did an excellent job getting us to and from the park.

Very nice visit to do
The self-guided tour of the Plitvice lakes is great. The guide gives us an appointment at a specific time at a specific place. We take the time to do everything we want without following the group. It's great
