Amazing personal experience. We had a lovely small group. Our tour guide was very patient I’m struggling in the heat not used to it. He was v informative. The meal at the end was excellent 3 courses, wine coffee and then back to Verona in a nice cool air condition car. You do not need to be religious for this trip it’s worth seeing.

We intentionally found a tour of this church when I saw it on a google map. Alessandro was our guide and he was fantastic! Very patient. Explained all of the history. I didn’t realize there was an entire outdoor, Stations of the Cross in massive bronze statues along the way. One of the most stunning displays of art and nature I’ve ever seen. Well worth the effort to do this trip.

We really enjoyed this small group tour to a unique spot! There were 8 in our group plus the tour guide so a nice number. The guide was informative and knowledgable and very patient! Lunch was simple traditional food but so well done! We really enjoyed it so thank you!

An amazing day seeing this amazing church! Light walking down a paved path to the church, but there are some stairs leading up to the church. The lunch was good, and our guide, Alessandro, was so informative, and made the day fun!

This tour was absolutely incredible! Alessandro, our guide, was knowledgeable, kind, and organized. He was an excellent host who shared his wealth of knowledge throughout the trip while giving ample time to explore on our own. Lunch was very tasty and filling, and the location couldn’t have been any more picturesque. I would happy take this tour 100 times over and would recommend this to anyone who enjoys beautiful mountain hikes, Catholic architecture, and a true adventure. It is also great for solo travelers like myself. If you’re traveling to Verona and need to take some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then consider going on this experience. You won’t regret it!

Very enjoyable day. Alessandro is very friendly and will give you facts and explain the history that you wouldn't normally get. The lunch provided was a real treat. The transport is clean, air conditioned. Really enjoyed rhe day. I would be prepared, there is a bit of walking involved but most of the steep stuff can be avoided by taking the shuttle bus.

What a wonderful surprise. We booked this tour without knowing anything about the church. It was amazing! The tour guide was informative. We got in a lot of steps. And we were so touched by the stories of the basilica. The drive thru the countryside was beautiful and lunch was excellent.
