Great way to get from Salzburg to Prague stopping at two quaint towns along the way. Comfortable and easy.
This trip provided us with so much joy! We left Salzburg at 9am and chose Cesky Krumlov for our day. This afforded us time to visit a beautiful city , enjoy local cuisine and see the most beautiful sites from the castle tower. It was a comfortable air conditioned ride for our 5 people. Safe driver and clean car. Our driver was so friendly and we enjoyed talking with Tomas. We were able to rest and arrive in Prague refreshed, in time to go to dinner and see a few sites. This helped our day be more relaxed and enjoy more of the precious travel time we had!

Highly recommend stopping in Cesky Krumlov - what a beautiful little town! Tomas, or driver, was great! Gave us suggestions for lunch & what to see. Most importantly, got us to Prague safely & smoothly!

This is a trip you need to get if you wanna go to Prague. Way better and faster than using train. We’ve got to see Chesky Krumlov, a very beautiful and not to miss city. The ride was smooth. 2 thumbs up for our driver, Tomas, he was very insightful, kind and helpful.

If I could have given zero stars I would have done so. The driver did not show up. No call from the driver or the company Europe Journey to let us know. I texted the company through “WhatsApp” (per their preferred choice of communication) the morning of our departure date and told them we would be in the hotel lobby at our agreed upon time. They texted back saying that the driver would contact me directly. After waiting 10 minutes and no contact from the driver I called the company directly. They stated that the driver was not showing up and they had no one else to bring us from Salzburg to Prague (4 1/2 hour drive). The company provided no other options for us. I had to request a refund as they didn’t offer me one. We were stuck and our flight was the next day out of Prague. The worst experience ever!!

Unfortunately, due to exceptionally high demand in December combined with an unexpected last-minute driver issue, we were unable to secure a replacement driver despite making every possible effort. While this explains the circumstances, it does not excuse the outcome. For that, please accept our unreserved apology. This incident does not reflect the standard of service we strive to provide, nor the level of care and reliability that the vast majority of our guests experience with us. To demonstrate that this was an exceptional and isolated failure, and to show our genuine commitment to making amends, we would like to offer you a special preferential rate on any future service, should you be willing to give us another opportunity. We will do our best to provide a level of service that truly goes above and beyond your expectations. Andre picked us up at our hotel in Salzburg to Prague, in a very new Mercedes van. He was very nice and explained everything along the way. He took us to a back entrance,castle, to the old town of cesky krumlov and gave us 2 hours to explore and enjoy lunch in the village. He walked us thru the castle, and explained how to walk thru the old town. Then onto Prague. I would recommend this. 5 star

We used Europe Journey's Private tour/transfer service for the following transfers: 1. Berlin to Prague, 2. Prague to Salzburg, 3. Salzburg to Vienna, and 5. Vienna to Budapest. We were a party of 6, a comfortable Mercedes Van was provided, we were picked up from our hotel and dropped off to the new hotel, on the way we made 2 hr stops at 2 other places for site seing. In all occasions the drivers, especially Maria who was with us in 3 transfers, and Vaclav who transfered us from Salzburg to Vienna were very nice , knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a great time and enjoyed the site seeing. Ramona, the manager was very helpful in organizing all the transfers. We highly recommend their services and would use them in our future trips to Europe.
