we were never picked up, they never responded to messages, viator chat provided us with a phone number, from the conversation tour never sent anyone even though we had confirmation and payment was processed, have requested refund
This experience is wind-dependent. The tour operator texted us that the captain reported there was not enough wind, so they wanted to push us back to the afternoon or next day experience. We had already made other reservations for that afternoon, and we were leaving the next day. I am expecting that we will receive a full refund. Ironically, we saw others paragliding at the same time that we had been scheduled for our experience.
Unique experience with guide Alvin, always very attentive, he was punctual both on arrival at the hotel reception and on return in Riu Republica. Always surprising, he offered us a guided tour to buy souvenirs downtown. We were offered internet throughout the tour and the transport was in a very clean, comfortable van. file. Super nominate!
