Fra Messina: Tur til Taormina og Savoca Gudfaderen med cannoli

Fra havnen i Messina tager det omkring 60 minutter at komme til Savoca. Vi stopper i cirka 1 time, hvor du kan besøge nogle lokale butikker, den berømte Vitelli-bar og kirken, hvor nogle scener fra den berømte film (The Godfather) med Alpacino blev optaget. 2. stop i Taormina, vi stopper i cirka 2 timer, men det er muligt, hvis du vil, at blive længere. Der kan du besøge hele Corso Umberto, stedets talrige butiksvinduer, det antikke græske teater og muligheden for at smage nogle typiske lokale produkter. På vejen tilbage stopper vi "ved balkonen", hvor vi vil se det smukke panorama af Isola Bella i cirka 10 minutter, lige nok tid til nogle billeder. Når vi vender tilbage til Messina, stopper vi ved Cristo Re, hvor vi kan beundre Messina-strædet. hvis du altid kan lide en af disse typiske lokale produkter i Messina, såsom arancini, granita eller cannoli, vil de blive tilbudt dig af os, før du afslutter turen ved katedralen med dets smukke astronomiske ur.

Angelo and Alexandra were wonderful tour guides. Angelo was very quick to respond to questions and we booked with him a few weeks out. They were waiting at the port with smiles and a great day planned. I would highly recommend them anytime you are in Sicily!

Angelo and his team took us to Taormina and Castelmola for a tour visiting these 2 places of wonderful charm. My family and I are very grateful for the very personal treatment received and the closeness with which we were treated at all times. They invited us to an artisan canoli and a slush with Brioche typical of the area made in an artisan way. It is a tour you must take if you stop in Messina or surroundings. Likewise very grateful with the personal detail Angelo had with me, an unforgettable memory.

I cannot say enough good things about this adventure. Picked us up at the cruise port right on time. Let us to our van and we had our own tour guide to tell us about the city and she was so pleasant. It was my husband‘s birthday and they even planned some snacks and drinks to toast his birthday at one of the prettiest spots overlooking the water, this was one of the best days we had. You cannot go wrong with Angelo.

Angelo is a great tour guide. He welcomed us at the cruise port with a sign and then we started. Since he unfortunately does not speak English so well he had a nice lady Alexandra with him who explained everything to us in English. I loved it. We had a nice tour to Savoca where the Godfather movie was shot. Then we went to Taormina. Everything was super organized and Angelo took good care of us. There was water to drink. Tasting of almond wine. Finally Angelo invited us to the typical Granita with Brioche. It was a wonderful day with many beautiful memories. Thank you very much Angelo.
