Oplev den mystiske skønhed i Sintra og Atlanterhavskysten på en førsteklasses e-cykeltur. Denne fuld-dags flugt fra Lissabon er designet til dem, der ønsker at opleve den perfekte overgang fra frodige bjergskove til kystens forfriskende havbrise. Bjerge og paladser: Start i hjertet af Sintra-Cascais Naturpark (UNESCO). Med vores elcykler kan du ubesværet erobre bakker og opdage unikke paladser, majestætiske haver og "landsbyer fra en anden tidsalder", hvor du stopper ved granitudsigt for en betagende panoramaudsigt. Til Atlanterhavet: Eventyret fortsætter ned ad bakke mod kysten. Ride gennem vilde strande, duneområder og høje klipper, der dækker ca. 40 km af Portugals mangfoldige landskaber. Den kystlige finish: Efter skjulte stier og gamle skove, ankommer til den kystnære by Cascais. Det er den ultimative flugt fra byens travlhed - frisk luft, fantastisk natur og dyb forbindelse med naturen.

Turen begynder med en briefing om, hvordan cyklerne fungerer, på Largo da Severa, Mouraria i det centrale Lissabon. Du vil derefter gå til Rossio station for at fange toget til Sintra. Under togrejsen vil du have tid til at lade din guide vide, om du vil besøge nogle af paladserne undervejs, eller hvis du bare vil cykle.
Når du ankommer til Sintra, kan du besøge National Palace, hvis du vil. Det meste af din cykeltur finder sted i Sintra-Cascais naturpark.
Du har mulighed for at besøge Quinta da Regaleira, bygget mellem 1904 og 1910, og et sted, der er kendt for sin symbolik, magi og mystik.
Kort efter kommer du forbi Seteais, et tidligere palads fra 1700-tallet, der nu er et 5-stjernet hotel.
Fortsæt din tur ad veje flankeret af majestætiske lunde, indtil du når indgangen til Monserrate Park og Palace, en af de smukkeste kreationer i den portugisiske romantik stil.
Ankom til Colares, et sted, der er kendt for sine vinmarker.
Fortsæt videre til landsbyen Penedo, hvor du kan nyde en betagende udsigt fra kirkens atrium, før du cykler videre til Urgueira landsby. Tag en pause til frokost i landsbyen Azóia, hvor du finder et stort udvalg af restauranter.
Forny din energi, fortsæt din tur gennem en gammel skov og kør dig op til Peninha Sanctuary, der ligger 488 meter over havets overflade.
Herfra har du panoramaudsigt over Espichel Cape og Arrábida mod syd, Carvoeiro Cape og Berlengas, mod nord, og hele Sintra bjerget mod nordøst. Når du vender tilbage til centrum af Sintra, cykler du ned ad bakke og ser et sidste blik på Pena Palace, et vigtigt monument for den portugisiske romantikbevægelse. Du rejser med en informativ og hjælpsom guide, så lidenskabelig omkring elskede Sintra som om cykling.
Alternativt kan du gå ned til Guincho vilde strand - med dens uendelige klitter og typiske vinde, der er så skattede af windsurfingelskere - indtil du når cykelstien til Cascais.
Vend tilbage til Lissabon gennem den smukke by Cascais med tog, hvor du får en af de mest fantastiske udsigter over den portugisiske kyst.

This trip is absolutely awesome. While the route is great and the sites are memorable Bruno makes it all come together. Bruno greeted us warmly and made sure the group on our ride was introduced. He was very attentive to our safety throughout the ride. We felt like family by the end of the trip. He helped us navigate the crowds in Sintra and then guided us through the incredible nature park and all the way to the beaches in his hometown of Cascais. We had a wonderful lunch, family style, at Refugio do Ciclista with a group of locals. The views from the mountains above the beach are spectacular. The ride provided a good workout even with the e-bikes. We did over 23 miles with 200 feet of elevation gain. I would highly recommend this trip!
Our guide, Daniel, was amazing! He took us to the mountains, the sea shore, castles, and to a phenomenal authentic Portuguese restaurant. He was full of interesting historical facts, and so very kind.

Fantastic cycle tour with Bruno. Great route with lots to see. Bruno stopped and explained each place of interest in detail while keeping us all safe. We would highly recommend this trip.
Book direct, a bit cheaper. The whole day was amazing. Our guide-Bruno, very cheery, knowldegable and looked after everyone. Train from Lisbon to Sintra included. Mixed ability riding group helped by the well maintained e-bikes. Stopped at a local cycle cafe- meal, desert and glass of local wine €10. 100% recommend. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic trip. Ricardo the guide we had was amazing. Great cycling route, fantastic views and great stops for coffee and lunch. We travelled to Sintra by train with the bikes and this was a great experience too. Would really recommend this tour. We have been on 3 tours since we arrived in Lisbon for our weeks holiday and this one was definitely the best. You would definitely need to be able to use a bike and be a confident enough cyclist in traffic etc but you would not need to be too fit as the e bike does all of the work on the steep climbs. A great day out of the city, well organised and relaxed.
We did the tour in german with Claudio as a tourguide. We had a really great time. We thought about renting ebikes and do some tour on our own, but we are so glad we didn't! It was a perfect mix about just enjoying the nature and scenery and learning about the history. Maybe it was because our guide Claudio always let us lead the experience. I think without Claudio we would not have driven this really magnificent route. And even if we did by chance, without our guide we maybe wouldn't have felt completly safe as we did all the time. Claudio was really open minded and we felt comfortable to ask about all aspects of the past and current life in Lisboa/ Portugal and he was super friendly and courteous for the whole length of our trip. The bikes and helmets were of perfect quality. It was our first guided ebike tour, but it will definetly not be the last! Thanks again to Claudio and of course to all the other people involved letting us have this experience which we surely will remember for quite some time.
An absolutely fantastic bike tour! Bruno was an outstanding guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. He shared interesting historical insights with a perfect balance between learning and enjoying the ride. The route itself was beautiful, with stunning views throughout, and the pace was just right. Overall, this was a perfect way to explore the area by bike. Great guide, great local lunch spot, great views—highly recommend!
The day was very well planned and the weather was perfect for cycling. I had never been on an e-bike before but it was so easy. George, our guide was very knowledgeable about the region’s history. He was very friendly and interesting to chat with. We felt very relaxed in his company. We stopped off at a lovely restaurant at the top of the hill that was popular with cyclists. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The views on Sintra and Caiscais were beautiful. My sister and I are in our 50ies and moderately fit. The hills were easy on turbo mode. I highly recommend this tour to those who love the outdoors and like to experience the region with a local expert.
