Fra Julià Travel-kontoret, der ligger i Estació del Nord, vil vi starte vores eventyr ledsaget af en ekspertguide, som vi vil rejse i ca. 50 minutter til Penedès, en af de mest prestigefyldte vinregioner i Catalonien, hvor vi besøger et af de mest ikoniske og internationalt anerkendte vingårde: Torres-familien
Når vi ankommer, vil vi påbegynde en fascinerende tur i vingårde og Waltraud vingård, og arkitektoniske perler af avant-garde og bioklimatisk design. Vi vil lære om vinfremstillingsprocessen og opdage deres engagement i bæredygtighed, genopretning af forfædresorter af druer og regenerativ vinavl, som har til formål at genoprette liv og frugtbarhed til jorden.
Besøget afsluttes med en enogastronomisk oplevelse, der vil glæde alle dine sanser. Vi vil smage et udvalg af måltider lavet med ingredienser fra ejendommen, herunder brød med tomat og olivenolie fra ejendommene, kartoffelomelet, grøntsagscreme fra den økologiske have, coca med "escalivada" og anchois, kylling i catalansk stil og som en sød touch, mató med honning fra Mas La Plana. Alt dette kombineret med en guidet smagsprøve af fire udvalgte vine fra Bodegues Torres, i en indstilling, der inviterer dig til at slappe af og nyde essensen af langsom mad.
Efter at have nydt denne unikke oplevelse, vil vi vende tilbage til Barcelona og afslutte turen på samme udgangspunkt, Estació del Nord.

Great tour. We had the opportunity to see the winery and learn about the entire wine making process. Michele made our tour enjoyable for the entire family - including grandparents, teens and 8 year old. Would highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Torres winery, and it was truly a highlight of my trip. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. The tour itself was incredibly informative and well-organized, providing a great behind-the-scenes look at their winemaking process. Of course, the wines were outstanding—each pour was better than the last, and it was clear why they have such a stellar reputation. What really made the day special, however, was our tour guide. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and craft of the vineyard, which added so much depth to the visit. I cannot recommend this tour enough for anyone looking for a memorable wine experience
Fun and receptive guide, nice choice of vineyard.
The tour was really wonderful. A stunning vineyard with idyllic scenery. Our guide, Michelle, was really knowledgeable about the wines, the wine making process and the history of the Torres family. The wines we sampled were fantastic and the food was great too. All in all a really lovely trip.
Absolutely amazing vineyard. All the latest tech and wonderful views. We were given a brilliant presentation of the area and winemaking process by the knowledgeable Michelle, one of the guides at Julia travel. Would highly recommend for a trip out of the city.
Excellent tour of the Torres Winery with Michelle. Observed the countryside outside of Barcelona on the way. Once at the Winery, we visited the fields where the grapes grow. In to the Fermentation stages and more. Michelle narrated during the whole tour. Tasting menu with multiple food courses. Excellent!! We tasted 4 different wines. Fun day !! Give it a try !!
Wonderful day at the Torres family estate. Our guide, Michele, was charming and provided a lot of very interesting information during the tour. The food was excellent, and the staff was lovely with our child.
Torres Winery tour was the perfect addition to our girls reunion trip! Learning about the deep family roots and history was fun on top of the wine tasting and tapas. Michelle was a fantastic tour guide - knowledgeable and passionate about the topic and history. Highly suggest this tour!
