This note is for the operator Wild Horizons who did not do what was hired to do, which was to take us and bring us from the hotel and give guidance on the activity. Operator does not have WhatsApp and did not respond to a message sent through the Viator platform, where I asked to inform the pick up time and the name of the guide. I had to contact Viator who after the fourth attempt managed to pass me this information. When we got there we went alone to the counter of the activity and we did everything directly with the Enterprise that controls the activity in the lookout café, that is, going by taxi would have been the same thing. The worst thing was that when we left the "guide" of Wild Horizon had left and dropped us behind with two children. Total lack of respect and professionalism. If you want to do Flying Fox go on your own, you don't need and don't pay to hire Wild Horizon.
Great experience, a real adrenaline rush! The team working was really nice, helpful and made me feel safe.
Very thrilling, they kept saying that that this was for children but wow you still have to run of a ledge 150 m above the river and fly out over the ravine. Super exciting well worth it you you don't feel like the sling or worse.
It was a nice activity, got to see a nice view of mountains and the water or river. At first it was so scary but once you are in the middle you get to appreciate beauty of the place.
Amazing experience! Beautiful view of the bridge and Zambezi river while you fly across. The guides are great and make the actvity so much fun! Family-friendly activity and not as challenging as bungee and the gorge swing. Would do it again!
This is an activity ideal for the whole family (children above 7 I think). It is milder than zip line but still adrinalin driven. Enjoy flying across the gorge and seeing the breath taking view. If thegorge swing and zip line are too much for you, then you might want to do this activity. It is very professionally conducted. The staff is just excellent.
