If you’re doubting whether to go on safari with young children — just do it. We went on safari with our kids, including our youngest who is only 3 years old, and it was truly an unforgettable experience for our family. Everything with Lekobe Safari was very well organized from start to finish. The communication was smooth and clear, and throughout the day we felt completely taken care of. Our guide and driver were incredibly friendly, patient, and wonderful with the children, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxed for us as parents. During our safari in Mikumi National Park we saw so many amazing animals and had an incredible day together as a family. Although we didn’t spot a lion, our guide and driver truly did everything they could to find one for us. You could really see how dedicated and enthusiastic they were, and that made the experience special regardless. Safari with young children may seem challenging, but Lekobe Safari showed us that it can be comfortable, easy, and absolutely magical. We would highly recommend them to any family considering this adventure.

Everything about our safari was perfect, from the first communication with Jessica to book it right up to being dropped off at our hotel at the end of the day - it was flawless. Jessica listened to everything we wanted and went above and beyond to make this a special trip for our honeymoon. Our safari in Tanzania was absolutely unforgettable thanks to our amazing guide, Sebastian. He went above and beyond every step of the way—spotting animals we never thought we’d see, sharing fascinating knowledge about the wildlife and culture, and making sure we were always comfortable and cared for. His professionalism, kindness, and passion made the trip so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend him to anyone planning a safari!

Highly recommend booking with Le Kobe for your safari from Zanzibar. We couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish. We opted for the private jeep which was definitely worth the splurge to have room to spread out and freedom to move around the jeep and be on the sides with the animals always. We had the absolute best guide, Eric. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the animals and had a sixth sense on where to find them. Twice he was the first truck to locate a pride of lions and a mother and baby elephant so we were the first car there and had the animals all to ourselves before all the other jeeps arrive. This was no accident, Eric truly used his knowledge to search certain areas and find them. We saw every single animal we wanted to (elephants, lions, leopard, crocodile, hippos, zebra, giraffes, wildebeests, gnoe and more). This park is perfect for a day trip because you can see all of these animals in a relatively small area and short time frame. The jeep was very comfortable and with the private jeep we were able to guarantee on open-sided jeep which was our preference. We were provided drinks and snacks in the jeep and the hot buffet lunch at the restaurant was really good. Overall, it couldn't have been a better day and we would happily book with Le Kobe again.

One-day safari successful thanks to the professionalism of the team. Organization at the top, answers to our quick and precise questions, support and welcome to small care thanks to Simon our permanent contact who immediately put us in confidence. Our choice was for a day in private (we were alone) from Zanzibar (transfer assured). The very comfortable jeep is open for optimal observation, drinks and various snacks at our disposal. Erik our driver guide is simply great, he knows the spaces and above all the animals. His extensive information, his palpable passion for wildlife and the environment, captivated us. He managed the route at the pace of the animals we met, so we saw them all (even the leopard!) and approached them almost solitarily. At each stop nature offered us a show, we were contemplating, sometimes in total silence in front of so much beauty! Thank you Erik for these extraordinary moments that made us want to relive a safari with this agency

Excellent safari experience with a remarkable organization: we are picked up on time at our hotel, the plane takes off at the time said from the airport and we thus arrive first to Mikumi. The guide installs us in the jeeps of 6 and there the dream begins. Our excellent smiling guide Lewis showed us lots of animals and up close, with lots of explanations and in a very good mood. We saw lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, gazelles, warthogs, buffaloes, birds, baboons, and even the leopard 😍. Good hot meal in buffet form. The safari started on time and the return is also on time. Everything's fluid, it's appreciable. We recommend without hesitation!

It was an experience to remember.We saw everything we expected, it was nice that the animals had babies.We also saw.We had the private tour with Erick as tourgyde.He knew everything about the animals.You could ask him anything.All in all an unforgettable experience.

I could first mention Suleman, our driver who take us there and back to the airport. He was extremly kind and looking for our wishes. After we arrived from Mikumi we just find out to go to Stone Town to the market and look around and he showed me the best places with best price. So I highly recomend you to ask for him if you go for Safari!
