My husband and I traveled to Vegas for our 15th wedding anniversary and our experience with Lucas was PERFECTION!! He sent a text advising he was at baggage claim. When we got there he had a sign with my name and already knew (because I didn’t) which carousel our luggage would be on. He then carried our luggage to a beautiful fully loaded SUV where Fiji water and cool AC was waiting for us. He was so welcoming and professional I’d 1000% recommend their services!! Also, I emailed the company prior to purchasing and their responses to my questions were immediately answered, very happy to have booked with this group, Lucas really made this a worthwhile experience.

Received a phone call from Our driver almost immediately upon deplaning. He was excellent. After getting our luggage (he was waiting at the carousel) he showed us the strip on our way to our hotel. Having never been to Las Vegas, I really fo appreciate the first hand knowledge he shared with us. It was excellent to start off our vacation this way. Totally worth the extra $. I'm going to request the same driver if at all possible for the trip back to the airport.

The driver made the difference. He was on time, courteous and informative. This service reduced travel tress with what is going on now (government partial shutdown, TSA and civil disturbances in Mexico)

We had a lot of flight cancellations and delays and the company were extremely easy to converse with and get the changes required happening even though we were in a different country to start with.
