Perfect, an open book, you never get tired of it, start with the Uffizi, follow up with the Pitti Palace and Boboli.
Only accept cash in restaurant which is not ideal during peak season and a young family! Very congested from room to room and it was a morning ticket. Paintings could be spread out to manage crowd control.

Audio guide did not work. The areas did not support enough Internet and could not download the guide before we went. There for 3hours. Best to do own research before you go. The Michelangelo section was right at the end so it was rushed as they were closing.
hi thanks for your review we are so sorry to hear about your audio experince We used to sent the instructions with the audio guide that the audio guide should be downloaded before the entrance as there are some conectivity problems in the gallery, once downloaded it will work offline thanks
I would like to request a review of the amount charged to my credit card. The tickets show a price of $29.00, but I was charged a total of €214.03 by Viator. Could you please explain why the amount charged is so much higher than the ticket price? I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing this charge and clarifying the discrepancy. Thank you.

We'd like to clarify the pricing on your booking: the $29.00 shown is the base ticket price, Your reservation included multiple tickets for your family, and the complete price breakdown for all tickets booked was clearly displayed in the product details before checkout. Your booking also included the audio guide add-on for your group, plus a small fee covering digital delivery of your tickets and audio guide access. Together, these make up the total charge of €214.03.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS! Apparently Italy pass can just never send you the tickets, and then when you aren’t able to enter the attraction and request a refund, they can deny your refund, claiming that they have “evidence” that the tickets were sent to you, despite the fact that you never received the tickets. Long story short, we didn’t get to see the gallery, and we are STILL out over $100.

Thanks for your feedback We are sorry to hear about your experince but we have provided all the instructions along with the audio guide that it must be opened before entering the gallery as their is internet connectivity issue inside the gallery
