Lær at lave frisk pasta, som vores bedstemødre lavede dem i Italien. Vi vil lære dig alle processer og stå ved, at du lærer dig hvert trin. Tilbydes i en kokkeskole beliggende inde i et middelaldertårn fra 1200-tallet, et stenkast fra Brunelleschis kuppel. Hvor du vil indånde luften og livet af Dante Alighieri, far til det italienske sprog, fordi tårnet, hvor vi skal lave mad, tilhørte hans kones familie.

Giavonni is an amazing teacher and chef! He made the class lively and entertaining! This class is a must when in Florence!!
This was a really awesome family experience. We learned a lot and had loads of fun. My only problem was the chef collected all the pasta and cooked it together so the pasta we ate was not the pasta we made. Kinda hard to separate when it’s a large class but we expected to eat the pasta we made ourselves. Other than that it was amazing.

A little warm but all was amazing. Food was delicious. The best Italian I have ever made/tasted.
I would highly recommend doing this class! It was a very fun way of spending the evening with a bunch of friendly strangers, making pasta and drinking wine. You can eat and drink essentiallyas much as you want. Our chef/guide was super friendly and outgoing, and made this a special experience.
