I had an amazing time at Street Kart Tokyo Bay! The staff was friendly and helped me feel at ease before driving the kart since it was my first time. Linas was an awesome tour guide and went out of his way to make everyone’s experience memorable and safe. He also takes photos so you can fully take in the experience, which is so important. I highly recommend this experience when coming to Tokyo, it’s a great way to take in the sights while also having a really fun time!

This experience was awesome. Our tour guide, John, was fantastic and took a ton of photos during the tour. I believe that although the Street Kart was pricey, it was absolutely worth it because it is a long drive and you get to see so much of Tokyo. Moreover, you receive a gift at the end and all of your photos taken during the drive. They also take safety very seriously and they will help you with any questions about how to drive. Highly recommend booking Street Kart

This was a 10/10 experience!! We had an amazing guide who took us around the city, taking photos of us and making sure we all had turns in the front. The Rainbow Bridge was a big highlight, and you get to go on it twice. We did the mid-day option which we loved, as there wasn’t much traffic so we could go fast. We loved our time and highly recommend this company!!

Disappointing experience on the Shin-Kiba street kart tour. Kart repeatedly stalled, and our guide, Violet, admitted, “I had a feeling this one would cause problems,” yet it was still put into service. It eventually had to be replaced, delaying the tour. Violet also admitted she hadn’t been trained to deal with certain issues and that it’s the company’s fault not hers. Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional comment. Her patronising and condescending attitude only made the situation worse. They also push for good reviews and tips which was quite uncomfortable. What was supposed to be an exciting experience on holiday turned out to be a stressful and upsetting experience due to Violet’s service and attitude. Using a faulty kart and sending out untrained staff who openly admit they are untrained is unacceptable.
Great communication prior to event . Easy directions ( supplied by business ) super handy just to jump on the link . Bryan, our guide , was fabulous . Great communication and direction the whole time . A different way to see a bit more of Tokyo .

I truly was nervous to go go-karting as you are driving on city streets but our guide Violet really made me feel comfortable. After a couple of minutes behind the wheel, I felt at ease. This was honestly one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. It was thrilling to drive along the streets of Tokyo and see so many sights along the way. I felt so much joy while driving and would recommend this as a must do activity to anyone traveling to Tokyo.
