Driver was very clear on instructions and kept checking in on our progress as we went through customs and border patrol. He helped with luggage and on the way provided information on Rome. Highly recommend!

Had a great time in Rome and driver stayed in contact with us it took much longer. He waited for us because airport was very busy.

Even though our flight got canceled and we had to change flights. We had no hiccups. They repsoned well and communicated well with all the chnages
