Armondo was the guide....he knows his stuff! Passionate funny and engaging throughout. Tour was a great pace especially due to the 35°C weather. Armondo kept his talks in shaded areas as much as possible. He showed us where to buy tickets for some of the key places to visit. Also stopping at a foccatcia place....I went back because of the recommendation and it was very very good! His knowledge and passion of Florence and Italy came through and from not knowing much about Florence before I came I feel I left with an understanding of the importance and impact this has had.
Not informational. Can’t say we learned one interesting fact about Florence. Except where to buy an over priced espresso.
Very knowledgeable, friendly guide. Earpiece system worked well
Our guide was Armando, a perfect 10, who explained things appropriately, with friendliness, particularly in a simple manner for children. I recommend doing this tour because it is worth it. Armando does this work with passion.
A really good to provide an orientation around Florence. We learnt loads including the best places to visit on subsequent days
If this is the only tour you do in Florence, it would be enough (don't leave without visiting the Uffizi gallery, though). The tour was knowledgeable and totally worth it.
This tour gave us a great overview of what the see and a few suggestions on places to eat in Florence. Our tour guy was funny and very personable.

An easy stroll around the city looking at some of the most famous sights. Take water and flat shoes! We wanted to go up the tower at Vecchio but it was fully booked. Book early!
Deborah was an excellent tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and had some great humorous stories to bring the history to life. She also gave the group some food and drink recommendations
