This is easily one of the top experiences we did on our vacation! Sam was wonderful and taught us so much! We have two kids, aged 10 and 15 and they both thoroughly enjoyed it as well. She included them and there were zero issues staying on pace with the rest of the class. Wine was refreshing with all of this heat! Orange juice and water was provided for the kids. We learned about the history and culture of Italy and their food as well. Definitely recommend!
Super fun and friendly environment, lots of laughs. Pasta and sauces tasted great! Sam and Rafa were fantastic!
The cooking class is so good! But on one condition: don't add watery pasta to the sauce or the taste won't be good.

Excellent experience, would have paid this much for lunch! Sam was fantastic, the pasta was amazing and it was great to meet other people travelling around Italy. Also had heaps of wine ☺️
Highly recommend - a must do experience in Florence. Our chef was very knowledgeable and helpful. The wine flowed and the pasta at the end was delicious. The tiramisu was also one of the best I’ve ever had.
