This is a great skip the lonnnng line tour. 30 mins. Perfect length. Lora was great. Gave us the essential info. Thanks

Tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Tour is only 30 mins and the inside isn’t impressive like other churches but that was on purpose. I would def not want to wait in line in the heat. So doing the tour is the best way to see the duomo. If you want to get the full experience do the tower and the top of the dome and then the baptistry . It will cost you for each event but it’s the best way to appreciate the church
Booked a tour for the Florence Duomo in advance, received our reservation voucher with detailed instructions on meeting place. We arrived at the meeting place noted and met others on the same tour at that place. Tour guide was a no show and after calling Tour Guy corporate, did not get resolved. No call, text or Whats App from local tour guide, so we didn't experience the tour. Contacted Tour Guy corporate to report issue and expected they would issue a credit for the tour. But going back and forth with them and still not resolved. Said tour took place, well we were not sent any instruction if meeting place moved locations. I asked a local if the place noted in the reservation existed while we were waiting for tour guide to show up, he said it did, but Tour Guy have not been there in a while. I've now had to work with my credit card co to dispute the charge due to Tour Guy's non-cooperation to make things right. Understand if a miscommunication occurred, but Tour Guy should've issued the credit after I submitted the paperwork I received from them regarding the meeting place.
Too short. They we’re getting ready to close the cathedral. We did really have enough time.

Because this is an express tour, it is designed to be a quick overview, but your experience should never feel cut short due to the cathedral closing preparations. I will be looking into the timing of this particular tour with our local team in Florence to make sure we are pacing things correctly and giving our guests the best possible experience. Fast and informative tour. Great for my teenage sons who were a little bit over going on an another tour. I enjoyed the information but it did not overwhelm them. Francesca, our guide, was very dynamic and knowledgeable!
We toured with Francesca who was lovely. Seeing the tour without a massive crowd was very worth it. Would again. 5/5
Ilaria was a fantastic tour guide. The history behind the church is amazing and the paintings were incredible. Highly recommended.
We did get in quickly and our guide was beginning her descriptions when she was told we had to leave. Our entrance time was later in the day, but apparently something was planned for the space and everyone had to go. This was not the tour company’s fault, but only had about 10” in and little descriptions as guide speaking with church officials. Didn’t even make it down the aisle. So would recommend to book entrance early in the day.

Short but easy and tour guide was great. It was late in the day so it wasn’t crowded in the cathedral.
