Tag med os på en uforglemmelig rejse gennem Firenzes charmerende gader og opdag de autentiske smagsoplevelser fra det toscanske køkken. Vores eventyr begynder i et lokalt kvarter lige uden for byens centrum, hvor vi nipper til kaffe på italiensk stil og blander os med de lokale. Derfra tager vi til et travlt friluftsmarked for at møde lokale fiskere og slagtere og prøve vores næste lækre smagning. Mens vi fortsætter vores tur gennem snoede brostensbelagte gader, stopper vi ved historiske og familieejede butikker for at forkæle os med et nøje udvalgt udvalg af mad- og drikkesmagninger, herunder trøfler, første-press olivenolie, balsamicoeddike, kød, oste, vin, gelato og meget mere. Fra klassisk "cantucci" til traditionelle retter som "coccolo ripieno", vil du nyde regionens essens. Dette kulinariske eventyr handler ikke kun om smag, men også om at opleve byen og dens kulturelle højdepunkter, hvilket giver en virkelig fordybende kulturel oplevelse! Vi fortsætter med vores smagninger, vi passerer gennem byens centrum og slentrer langs dens brostensbelagte gader og får glimt af den storslåede Duomo undervejs.
Se Medici-familiens berømte kirke, når vi går forbi på vej til vores smagninger. Vi vil have et par forskellige smagninger i lokale butikker nær San Lorenzo-kirken.

This was one of the best food/wine tours we have done. Our guide was excellent and took us to places that were not deeply in the main tourist areas. We got to try quite a bit of food so come ready to eat if you want to finish it all. We have done plenty of food/wine tours in the past but the private tour was very nice to have complete focus on tour from the guide. We really enjoyed this experience and recommend it if you want a more in depth experience.

It is a fun tour. Danilo shares lot of fun facts and comments about the different food you tried. He is a good Connosseur of the Italian's cuisine and wine. It is worth to try it!

We had a such a great tour with Christy! Our kids loved seeing the farmers market and we loved all of the tastings. She knew everyone along the way and every shop owner greeted her with a bit smile when we walked in. We are looking forward to trying out some of the recommendations she gave us during the tour! Christi gave me the most delightful food tour of Florence and generously shared all her tips. We had little local tastes and morsels that were unique, delicious and that I couldn’t possibly have found out on my own. She also shared tidbits of local history and food lore along the way, helping me understand what I was eating and appreciate it fully. This is a well rounded thought out tour that set me up to have great food experiences for the rest of the trip. I heartily recommend her, 10/10!

We were lucky that everyone cancelled due to rain so we got a private tour with a fabulous guide. It was the highlight of our Florence trip. It was a great insight into Tuscan food and wine.

We loved that we got to explore a local neighborhood outside of the craziness of the city center. On this tour we got to see what it is like for locals, where they do their shopping, have their coffee, and enjoy the day to day! Each tasting was wonderful and you can tell that it was well thought out so that we could try many different local specialties! Thank you for a wonderful tour!
