Mr. Mohammed was an amazing guide. Very patient and made us feel welcome and comfortable. He also was very knowledgeable about Fes and Chefchaouen. We didn’t realize we also had a private guide, Mr. Hazim, when we arrived in Chefchaouen. He truly loves his city and many people know and love him in the Medina. We had a good time with Mohammed as our driver. He was quite knowledgeable about Morroco and Fes. We learned a lot. Fantastic trip with Mohammed. We also took other tours with this company including one with the manager Hamza. I can’t say enough about how great this company is. My wife was sick one day and they offered to get medication for us. I would never consider any other company in Morocco.

Chefchaouen is so beautiful, definitely worth the long drive to get there. Our driver Reda is very friendly and accommodating. He knows where we can get clean toilet, fresh fruits, stops for good picture spots.

We booked this tour to take us to Chefchaeoun from Fes. The driver called me the day before that we needed to set off earlier than planned, I had booked 10.30am so we agreed and eventually set off for 9am. There were 2 main stops before we got to Chefchaeoun. One was a beauty spot where we took pictures. The other was at a restaurant where you are able to eat and use the restroom if you want to. On getting to the Blue City, the driver stopped at two different spots for us to take pictures. Be very careful, some women will approach you trying to put some scarves or caps on you for a fee. Anyway getting into the city, we had to get a tour guide who took us round (paid for by us). We agreed a time to meet the driver for our return trip. It was a lovely experience in all. Now the driver tried to be fast and act cunning (I won't go into details). I reported the next day and Hamza (the owner of Bekben) immediately made amends to rectify the situation. As a gooodwill gesture, he sent a car and driver to pick us up from the stadium the next day at night and take us back to our hotel. That gesture was very much appreciated. Mr Saeed our driver that night, even took us to a good spot to get food before going to the hotel. The customer service we received went over and beyond and I can't thank Hamza enough. Once you book this tour, you're in safe hands. I highly recommend them. They'll ensure you get there safely and back and should you have any issues, Hamza is very reachable and willing to make sure all is well. Thanks again Hamza and Mr Saaed for everything.

The city of Chefchaouen is far from Fez. It takes multiple hours each way to get there, and the roads are safe but have many twists and turns. You drive through many small villages and remote areas but it is a beautiful sight. Definitely recommend a private driver as he made us feel safe and we got to spend as much time as we wanted in Chefchaouen. Recommend leaving early as it can get dark on the drive home. The blue city itself is beautiful. There's not much else to do there, but it's worth going for the pictures. There are a lot of locals trying to be guides. It is preferable to go with a guide, or you can choose to explore on your own. If you're going alone, be aware that anyone who offers to take your picture or wants to show you around will likely expect payment or ask for money. This trip DOES NOT come with a tour guide, so be prepared to find one or plan for one separately.
