Once you’ve bought your tickets, the service and information on the parks is very poor. Ticket Access into parks is limited to ONE access, so if you have 4 nights stay with 4 park tickets - you can’t use that park access multiple times during your stay like in Disney World or Dubai parks and recreation. For example, we used a ticket at the end of the day with 2 hours to closing time, and it counted as a full day access, no one gave us a heads up on this. We lost a full access ticket this way and we did ask the staff and were told we could go in multiple times during our stay. A similar family next to us had the same problem and were denied access into a park on their last day too. When we called their call centre, we were put on hold for 45 mins then they dropped the call. Apparently we were told that many people have gone through a similar problem , so maybe Yas concierge needs to rectify this issue. It was a not a great last day experience and I think it’s important to warn people.

It was a little far from the Palm Hotel area but it gave me a chance to see other things out that way.

Had a wonderful time at Ferrari World. Thanks to Point Click Tourism for being so helpful and communication was very good. I was able to get my tickets same day and easy transaction. I will be using them again when I come to Dubai/Abu Dhabi . Definitely a wonderful experience and place to visit is a must when you go! Fun for all ages!
It was nice trip overall. Whole team was very good organizer and was available on just a call during entire trip. The tour experience was great and has good knowledge on route and places to explore. Give them a chance to explore dubai with them
