We come from the Ruhr area and can highly recommend the arena with the museum and the tour. Unfortunately, it was 38 degrees that day and it is vacation time throughout Germany. Therefore it was incredibly crowded and there were no more wraps for vegetarians. The museum is incredibly fascinating, including the history behind it. The trophies were great to see, and it even tempts a non-Bavarian to buy a jersey. Great stadium, great history.

Bei 38 Grad und während der Ferien war sicherlich einiges los, umso schöner, dass Sie Ihren Besuch genießen konnten. Firstly we made a mistake reading the booking details so we made our own way out to the stadium. We met the group there and completed the stadium tour. However we tried several times to contact gray line and the customer services to no avail. We then asked the tour guide could we get on the coach on the way home but she informed us that there was no room on the bus which we couldn’t understand as our two seats should still have been available
We are sorry to hear that the situation caused some confusion. As you mentioned, you travelled to the Allianz Arena independently and therefore did not join the coach at the scheduled departure point. We would like to clarify that seats cannot remain reserved indefinitely when guests do not appear for the booked departure. If there are no-shows and other guests wish to book the tour spontaneously on site, the available seats may be reassigned. For this reason, the two seats originally included in your booking were unfortunately no longer available for the return journey. We understand that this was disappointing, but once the original coach departure has been missed, we cannot guarantee that seats will remain available later in the day.
It was cool but the best stadium is still St. Jakob-Park in Basel 🟥🔷

The tour of the Allianz stadium itself was terrific. Great guide and we got to see all the important areas of the stadium. Could have got that for the price of less than EUR 20 a ticket though. Instead I paid more than 5x that for a Munchen tour guide in a bus with horrific audio equipment. The guide spoke ONto the mic for 2 hours and it was impossible to hear a word of what she said. My advice: buy your tickets on the website of the stadium directly. You just need to book early.

Not a very good guide Left me and my 11 year old grandson behind and had to make our own way back not happy

Not wheelchair accessible even after the website and customer service confirming that the tour is accessible. We had to return disappointed. We have visited other stadium tours and it is possible to make these accessible, Allianz is not disabled friendly.
