Det er ikke alle bowlerhætter og kufferter i Londons finansdistrikt. Square Mile er det ældste kvarter i London, og på denne tur vil vi opdage, hvordan mode har formet sin historie. Ledet af en tidligere modejournalist, denne gåtur spore historien om mode i London City, fra den must-have romerske hoodie til kongen, der opfandt moderne mænds tøj. Vi vil vandre gennem byens mest prestigefyldte shoppingområder, vandre langs dens historiske gader, og slå en pose på et ikonisk skydested, mens vi afslører dens hemmelige rødder i kludhandelen. Turen slutter på The Royal Exchange, Londons ældste indkøbscenter - perfekt, hvis du er i humør til nogle detailterapi bagefter.

This ended up being my favorite tour that we took while visiting London. I enjoyed learning how much fashion influenced not only the people of London but also the city itself. I joined the fashion walking tour with friends. We had a wonderful morning learning about the many connections between the City of London and the fashion industry, going back millennia. Susannah was a brilliant and incredibly well informed guide, she encouraged to discuss and learn from each other and kept us thoroughly entertained and informed the whole way. I would not hesitate to recommend this or any of her tours.

Amazing time in the City which, although I thought I knew well, Suzy managed to tell and show me things which were previously unknown to me. She did so with élan and humour and it was sheer pleasure to be in her company for the morning. This was a fascinating tour with a completely new to me focus on how the City worked as a shopping and manufacturing centre for clothes from Roman times. Susannah was an engaging and informative guide.
