Master teknikkerne til at knette den perfekte tekstur, forme delikate ravioli og brygge hurtige, smagfulde saucer, der bringer det bedste ud i din håndlavede pasta. Belønningen for dit hårde arbejde er en spektakulær, fælles italiensk fest. Sæt dig ned for at nyde de pasta retter, du kærligt skabt, ledsaget af knusende bruschetta fyldt med friske toppings, generøse strømme af vin, sæsonbestemt hjemmelavet desserter. Vi passer gerne vegetarer, veganer og celiac med autentiske, glutenfrie toscanske opskrifter, der sikrer, at ingen går glip af sjov eller smag.

We did this on a rainy day during our vacation. We couldn't have thought of a better use of time inside. Maria is a very friendly and knowledgeable woman!

Amazing experience with lovely Maria and her daughter. We went as a family and Maria was so patient with us all especially the children. The coloured pasta was fabulous and we loved that Maria and her daughter welcomed us into their home, a really authentic experience from start to finish!
Oh Wow ! Maria was amazing - proper Italian cooking , super good teacher no matter what your level. Interesting. Brilliant evening. The atmosphere was what made this different - real Italian home cooking. Authentic.
Our family group of 6 adults all declared this the best thing we did on our Italian holiday. Maria was our teacher - hosting in her parents' flat. All three of them were very welcoming and friendly and it felt like a personal and authentic experience. Maria was an excellent teacher - a lot of fun, patient and put everyone at ease. We made different types of colourful pasta and learned a lot. This was all cooked and eaten at lunchtime - with additional delicious extras provided by Maria. Taking in to account all the ingredients, morning snacks, a 4 course lunch and wine, as well as Maria's time (3hrs+) and expertise - we felt the cost was excellent value for money. Thank you Maria for a truly memorable experience.
This class is NOT in Arezzo. Is a half hour by car. We couldn’t make it because the wrong address was given to us. Very misleading. I asked for a refund and it was refused. Not recommended!
the address was absolutely correct. you did not check it properly once you have booked. The chef has been waiting for you for 1 hour. Of course we can t issue any refund . regards
Bought this experience as a gift for my parents and they absolutely loved it! It was their favorite thing they did in their month traveling Italy. Maria and Gada were extremely gracious hosts, the food was delicious, their home was so hospitable, and the class was very easily accessible by bus from Arezzo!
Maria Rosaria was the best teacher! So informative and fun! There was a mix-up with Viator and they told Maria Rosaria there were 2 students when I purchased for 5 people. She took a few minutes and regrouped, wasn't her error but she stepped up and we had a fabulous time! I highly recommend Maria Rosaria!!!
Maria welcomed us with open arms. She is a patient teacher. She provided excellent instruction. The result was delicious! The ragu that she made to enhance our pasta was delicious. What a great day!
Learning to make pasta was easy and fun. Dinner with the pasta was amazing. Can’t wait to try it at home.
