Fantastisk speedbåd Cancun

This is a SCAM. I booked 4 hours prior to the activity which was allowed given that it was an “instant book.” I followed the directions and went to the “meeting point” at the Marina before the scheduled time. No one was there. I asked around and none of the other companies were familiar with the company that posted this excursion. I reached out to the tour operator via the Viator app and no one ever responded. Even now, it’s been over 5 hours and no response. I reached out to Viator and they stated that they were not able to get ahold of the company either, but they offered more insight into the meeting location which was at a different point than what I was instructed. When I showed up to that location, the “local tour company” that was actually hosting the event, stated that they did not have a reservation from me and had never heard of the company that listed the excursion. I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO THE EXCURSION USING THE TICKETS I PURCHASED VIA VIATOR BECAUSE I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM. In order for me to participate in the excursion I had to directly pay the “local tour company.” So I had to pay TWICE and Viator is refusing to give me a refund. I am fighting this

We had a great time with Enrique. The equipment was well sanitized and he was very helpful and easy to understand in English and Spanish. The pictures and drone videos were great!

Amazingly fun! Decent time spent on the boat and snorkeling. The tequila tasting after was amazing!!

It was a nice experience , just have to have better directions for those who haven’t busted Cancun . So they won’t get lost but overall it was nice.
