This 5-day active trip is a gem for anyone who wants to pack maximum adventure into a short time. Starting in Tbilisi with the cable car to Narikala fortress and a walk through the sulfur baths of Abanotubani set the tone. Then we headed into the mountains: Zhinvali's turquoise reservoir against Ananuri's ancient towers is a postcard come to life. The Gveleti waterfalls required a short hike that was totally worth it for the cool mist on a hot day. Stalin's museum in Gori was a fascinating (and sobering) historical deep dive. But the highlights were the natural wonders of western Georgia: Prometheus Cave with its illuminated stalactites, the emerald waters of Martvili Canyon where we took a boat right through the gorge, and the dramatic Kinchkha waterfall. Everything — transport, entrance fees, meals, accommodation, even snacks and water — was included. No surprises. Our group became friends over khinkali and wine. This trip is for active travelers who want to see real Georgia without wasting a minute.
I've been on many group tours, but this 5-day all-inclusive trip to Georgia redefined my expectations. From the moment we landed, everything was flawlessly organized. The itinerary sounds ambitious—Narikala, Abanotubani, the Zhinvali dam, Ananuri, Gveleti waterfalls, Stalin's museum in Gori, Prometheus Cave, Martvili Canyon, and Kinchkha waterfall all in five days—but the pacing was perfect. We never felt rushed. The all-inclusive aspect was a lifesaver: no hunting for restaurants or arguing over bills. Every meal featured delicious local cuisine, and the guides shared deep historical context at every stop. The hike to Gveleti was refreshing, and the boat ride in Martvili Canyon was magical. The Prometheus Cave alone is worth the trip. Our driver navigated Georgian mountain roads like a pro. If you want to see the best of Georgia without logistical stress, book this trip.
Wanted a bit of everything and got it. High Caucasus with snow, green valleys, old fortresses, and towns you've never heard of but fall in love with. The tour moves at a good pace — never felt rushed, but always saw something new. Food was region-specific every day, so you taste your way through Georgia. Highly recommend for first-timers.
Thank you very much, really happy that you enjoy so much...
David went out of his way to accommodate all our requests. He is extremely knowledgeable about Georgian history, culture, and all aspects of Georgian life. His recommendations for restaurants, food, and wine were excellent. You will get a full Georgian experience with David as your guide. We would definitely use him again.
Thank you so much, I'm relly happy that you enjoy so much, Hope to see you again in Georgia...
David, the guide, is the best of Georgian hospitality! He allows you to experience his country through his eyes, from the wine, to the excellent cuisines, to the beautiful sites, David makes sure that you leave with a loving experience of Georgia! Everyday David made sure we went somewhere different and ate something different, we ticked things off our list and it never felt like a "tourist thing" with David around. No stone was left unturned. He showed us around his hometown, we even said Hi to his wife and he shared with us his dad's homemade chacha! Experiences like those are priceless! The hotel options he picked for us were top notch, his punctuality in picking us up everyday was excellent! There is only one thing we would change from this experience, and that would be to add more days!
Thank you very very much, wish you all the best...
Mountains, wine and adrenaline - that's what I remember the most! Jeep tours on serpentines, tasting of real chacha. In restaurants they fed so much that sometimes I didn't want to leave. I was especially impressed by the ancient capital with its special energy. I highly recommend it to everyone who hasn't been here yet. It's really very cool
Thank you very very much, hope to see you again in Georgia
As a gourmet, I was delighted with Georgian cuisine! Lamb kebab, tender chakapuli, fragrant kupats - each dish was a masterpiece. The wines pleased with their variety - from light white to rich red. After the excursions, we perfectly relaxed in the local baths. I want to visit this country again a little later
Thank you to hear that... hope to see you again in Georgia
For the most part, we went on tour to go skiing and just take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The fusion with nature was as successful as possible. The tour organizers did their best. Time flew by unnoticed and there were no boring days)
Great to Hear that, Thank you, Hope to see you again in Georgia...
We’ve traveled to dozens of countries and worked with many local guides, and David is by far the best we’ve had. Our six-day trip in Georgia was an incredible experience, thanks to his well-organized planning, deep knowledge, and easygoing personality. What really stood out was how well he tailored the trip to our interests. Whether you want to ski as much as possible or explore every monastery and historical site, he calculates the best route and timing without making you feel rushed. Everything runs smoothly, yet the schedule never feels strict. David also knows Georgia inside out—every road, every scenic stop, and every great place to eat. He’s got excellent taste in food, too. If you’re up for local dishes, he’ll take you to restaurants he personally loves, and every meal feels like a carefully chosen experience rather than just a tourist stop. On top of that, he’s great company. He enjoys chatting along the way, sharing stories and insights, which makes long drives much more enjoyable. And he’s a solid driver—calm, safe, and confident no matter the terrain. Shoutout to David for making our trip so smooth and memorable. If you need a guide in Georgia, we highly recommend him!
