Our tour with Ago was amazing!! One of the best historical tours we’ve ever taken. He explained Sarajevo’s history thoroughly but also in a way that was easy to follow and understand. He also came back to pick us up when the rain came in quickly and we couldn’t ride the cable car back to town. Excellent service and tour. Highly recommended!!
We enjoyed this tour a lot. The young guide (Ahmed?) really knew his history, was enthusiastic and his English was excellent. He answered questions well. We learnt so much and now think we understand Bosnian history more than we did before.
Our family went on the Fall of Yugoslavia tour. Our tour guide Ahmed was excellent and made the tour memorable and enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions with patience and expertise. Highly recommend you take this tour to gain knowledge of the fall of the former Yugoslavia and the siege of Sarajevo. It is also an excellent way to see many of the highlights/sights of Sarajevo with one tour.
We had a great Seige of Sarajevo tour with Ago. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had personal stories which were helpful to understand the Seige. The tunnel museum was interesting. The bobsled track was a very cool thing to see and walk on! Highly recommend this tour
booked last minute and it was so so so so so interesting. was so intriguing to here about what led to the war and genocide and also how although bosnia is one country now, elements of division still remain which are caused by nationalism. i had Shahin as my guide and he was great. definitely recommend
Super positive judgment of the tour; it was well organized, complete, and accompanied by excellent descriptions and explanations from our guide Adair, given from the heart because it was clear how much love there is for the city and how much desire to live in peace... I will certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarajevo; the city deserves to be seen, understood, and explained by those who live there today and know what it has been through. I will return, I am sure of it 😊 Silvia
Lots of history old and modern, good food, hospitable people! We were mostly interested in the latest Balkan wars and we have learned a lot. Srebrenica made the strongest impression. We visited the Siege museum and the Tunnel of Hope museum. I would recommend, though the Siege museum is rather packed and could gain a lot by improving and modernising the presentation of the material. A walking tour of the city was nice, totally recommend!
We had a good English speakinf guide - gave us itenary and was always happy to answer our qtns .we found him very polite clear and his knowledge was excellent and very from the heart . Will recommend to other family.
Good information about the history of Yugoslavia
A very instructive tour covering Sarajevo’s early history in the Ottoman era until the present. The guide was impressive – knowledgeable and engaging, with the ability to present the city’s complex background through in vivid stories in the various places we visited. He really conveyed a coherent and vivid picture of Sarajevo's cultural and historical development.
