Turen er designet til at gøre dit bekendtskab med München på en kort, men mangesidet måde. Vi vandrer langs en 1,5 km rute for sammen at opdage Münchens gamle bydel, hvor vi stykke for stykke samler dele af byens fortid og modernitet til et farverigt puslespil af historie, arkitektur, bryggeritraditioner og gastronomiske symboler, kongelig arv og svundne folkedragt. brændpunkter for nazisme og religionens højborge, vittig bayersk humor og århundreder gamle legender. Du vil finde ud af, hvordan salt og vin hjalp byen med at opstå, og hvorfor en børnemunk er dens symbol. Du vil besøge verdens mest berømte ølhal for at være øjenvidne til den lokale øldrikkekultur og opdage historien om Oktoberfesten. I booked the tour with some hesitation, as I had a long trip back on the same day, but all my worries vanished as soon as we contacted Victoria. She was extremely attentive, agreed to move up the tour's start time, and we had plenty of time for our journey. Victoria was a brilliant guide for our “Fall in love with Munich” tour. Her knowledge of the history of the city is unmatched. It was delightful to learn about centuries old sections of the city that are incorporated into the current architecture, preserving the history, yet moving forward with time. She has curated a very nice balance of walking and talking and providing just the right amount of detail. She points out so many things that would have gone unappreciated by me without her guidance.
