The island itself is a bit of a tourist trap. It's a very rocky island. Great if you want to go exploring, crap if you want "a day at the beach". The iron mask attraction is also a ridiculous tourist trap. 6.50 to walk around dirt and see 5 min museum that's mainly written in french without translation.

1 hour wait for the return
Arriving at the pier at 4:00 PM for a 4:15 PM return, we were cut off by many rude people who arrived after us. The fault lies in the lack of organization of the waiting lines. Result: we were told to wait for the next boat, departing at 4:58 PM, so a long wait for a 15 min crossing!

It was a nice family day
For the price it is worth it! The view is priceless. Three hours of stay were enough for us.

A must-do, it was a really nice trip. Clean island and really beautiful sea. There is a drinking water fountain available.

A magnificent island
Sainte-Marguerite Island is of exceptional beauty. We spent a magnificent day there by walking around the island and enjoying the many coves. It is a true haven of peace that I recommend without hesitation. The staff on board the boat was very kind, professional, and smiling. On the other hand, the reception at the ticket office unfortunately spoiled the beginning of our excursion. We were received by people who were particularly haughty and unfriendly. It is regrettable, because a simple smile and a little courtesy make all the difference. Tourism supports many people, so it is important to provide a warm welcome to visitors. Despite this bad experience at the ticket office, it will not stop us from keeping a wonderful memory of this day. The beauty of the island and the quality of the crossing are well worth the trip.

Perfect service and island is once worth it. Be sure to visit the fortress and walk by/eat something at La Guérite...

Easy ferry crossing
Very easy way to reach the island at a very reasonable Price. The ferries run to their schedule and are clean and well maintained.

Quick and efficient boarding, easy crossing, and the staff were nice and helpful (can get a map of the island and the kiosk)
