Excellent afternoon! I had a lot of questions even before booking and Sol the organiser / guide was Extremely patient and helpful. Easy location to find, all of the equipment provided. Sol was knowledgeable, helpful and make the experience fun and exciting. Would definitely recommend and definitely return!

My family and I spent the day with Sol today and it was a day I will never forget! We arranged a meet-point and Sol arrived perfectly on time with a cheery smile on his face. No waiting around wondering if we had been forgotten and having to chase anyone up. First impressions matter. Everything we needed for the day was provided by Sol; wetsuit, base-layers, hats and even a bag of sweets to boost morale and energy later! Sol had us kitted up fairly quickly and efficiently. I felt like we were in good hands straight away. Once ready, we hiked to our start point and the fun began! Wading through mud and water, climbing rocks, sliding down rocks, jumping off rocks from a comfortable height and jumping off rocks from a not so comfortable height! I have been on a journey the last year to conquer my severe fear of heights and this rock jump challenged me like no other! I bottled it the first attempt today but gave myself a good talking to. Coaxed on by my son, husband, fellow extreme cannyoner and a few encouraging words from Sol, I just went for it! Wooo hooooo!! I did it!! Sol wants you to get the most from the experience and will be led by your capabilities, but also has great instincts to push you that bit further past your comfort zone. Thank you Sol for your encouragement. Sorry not sorry for my sweary words!! If you're looking for some time-out from the daily grind, then look no further. This is the place to be and the company to do it with. It's suitable for all ages; my son is 15 and I'm nearly 50! You definitely need a good degree of fitness to tackle this adventure. It will challenge you in more ways than you can imagine, physically and mentally, but that's what we should strive for in life, right?! We spent the afternoon with Sol extreme canyoning some glorious gorges with the most incredible waterfalls and pools! He was a fantastic guide and was very thorough in making sure you were safe and comfortable doing everything! I would highly recommend this to any adrenaline seeker!

Fantastic day out, would highly recommend!! A real adventure canyoning and coasteering, it was safe and great fun. I’m a big guy (120kg) and we safely abseiled, zip lined, jumped off 10m + .. if I can do it, so can you!

A wonderful trip would highly recommend as a must do in north wales. Sole was an incredible instructor and his knowledge of the canyon excellent. My girls 9 & 10 and myself absolutely loved it and will be going back todo more.

Great experience. I took my kids (8&5) who both thought it was great. I was completely happy with the safety elements regarding my kids. Sol and his instructor were great to deal with throughout. I've had already done coasteering with Sol last year so knew this session would be great. Definitely recommend any of these activities. Thanks guys!

Great morning canyoning with the kids. The smiles on their faces were entrenched - they were just so happy! Jumping into cold pools on the hottest day of the year also helped! Russ our guide was excellent.

Wow, what an amazing experience! We booked very late the night before and received a confirmation text immediately with location information and equipment information. We did the canyoning, not extreme! Our guide Sol was brilliant. We had a young member of the group and he was entertaining and helpful all the way through. Will definitely recommend to any families who may be a little bit unsure but looking for an adventurous day away from the usual. Top marks all round definitely have to return one time!
