It was great! Charles was an excellent guide. He was flexible when we wanted to meander around shops we found interesting, and was professional and kind. We felt very safe, and also not too sequestered into a strict itinerary. I’ve been to Moshi many times, and saw some parts of it today that I’ve never seen before!

Solo in Moshi: A Small Town with a Big Heart
Exploring Moshi on a solo town tour was such a peaceful and enriching experience. Walking through the lively streets, I got to see the real everyday life of the town from colorful local markets to small coffee shops filled with warm smiles. The atmosphere felt safe and welcoming, which made wandering around alone comfortable and enjoyable. I loved tasting fresh local coffee, chatting with friendly vendors, and learning about the culture and history of the area. And of course, catching a glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro towering in the distance made the experience even more special. A Moshi town tour as a solo traveler is simple, authentic, and surprisingly refreshing a perfect way to connect with the heart of Tanzania at your own pace.
