Like the name, it was an excellent experience. From the reception with a courtesy, the cool and clean room, the bars and expectacular meals, the friendliness of all the workers and the entertainment next to Yari, made this holiday a dream place. Expecting to be back very soon.
To start, we are Peruvian living in Miami, First of all we are not chef but we have several Peruvian restaurants in Miami Fl. In first place I have to mention 2 chef , one from the spice restaurant Orlando , knows what king of food (Chinese) to give to his customers, delicious the flavors as good as you were eating in Lim Perú. What a great service, they treat us so god. Congratulation spice you have a great team. Then we have to mention another great chef Victor from the lobster house. We understand he have only 5 weeks in the exellence, but what a future he will have in this company as a chef. (Starting from his lobsters, to his salads, other appetizers and plates ) also Jose who was guiding us to the different restaurants. Gloria the waiter. What beautifull smile and personality she have. Delicious , we will recommend eating in this 2 places. Also we have to mention all the workers were so nice allways asking us how it’s everything . The resort it’s were modern , entertainment very nice. All king of free drinks. Tomorrow we wil put other worker names that I don’t remember right now . Thanks, exellence you a great team. A 5 start hotel.
It was our 5th vacation with Excellence El Carmen, and we already started to plan our next trip in April 2025. We like everything - very attentive and knowledgeable staff, Resort territory, rooms, restaurants, bars, entertainment, beach, quiet pools, spa, gym etc. We visited many different resorts and we can say that Excellence El Carmen is one of the best ones. I have played tennis whole my life and I can say that Yoan (tennis Pro) is the best. He helped me with my game a lot and I have seen that the other people were very happy after playing with Yoan. I cannot forget to mention people who work in the Reception area and concierge service. If you have any questions, it is enough just to ask, and any problem will disappear. I would recommend Excellence El Carmen as an exceptional resort. Leonid I
Horrible experience! We arrived and no one was waiting holding up a sign as we were told. We finally found our name on a board on a stand with several others but no driver! A guy started calling out to a lot of drivers and asking about our company. Finally he reaches out to someone who says our driver would be along shortly and to wait. We wanted about 30 minutes and a very beat up van arrived. There was very little leg space and I was cramped the entire ride! In addition the air conditioner barely worked and only got cool about 30 minutes into the ride! I tried to upload pics but kept getting an error.
My wife and I are very happy about this resorts and the people that work there are always make us feel comfortable and happy. Like Kassandra , Junior,Chanelin,Rosio Francisco,Carolina,Niki Minaj, Luis Manuel,Sonia Lopes, Almiton. We definitely we will be back to this resort. Five stars

Mickey Mouse and the entire Entertainment Team made daily activities fun! Just finished the horse game and had a blast! Junior and Bianny, Coke a Cola and everyone is very dedicated to making sure we have fun! Thank you
