Service was good. Food was great. It was a beautiful two hour evening on the water.. it was fun going through the locks. It felt like going through the Panama Canal.

Didn’t receive my tickets nor refund
Never received tickets to this event and they have still not refunded my funds. I have usually been very happy with Viator but this experience has changed my mind Had numerous requests for a refund and keep getting the run around. Very disappointing.

Danube dinner cruise
Well organized the service and food was very good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Boarding process very efficient

After booking with...
After booking with dinner, I received a message apologizing for having problems and not being able to include dinner; I am waiting for the refund. On the other hand, there is little to be seen in the narrow areas along the way; it is more of a trip through the lock than a “city view.”

A romantic evening on the boat
Reserved seat, dinner/food good, tasty, lovingly prepared. Staff very friendly. Good wine selection A negative point would be that there are too few seats offered outside on the upper deck.

Disaster, I have never spent such a touristy evening with friends in my life... time and money wasted...

Fritz was so informative about Austria. We had a great time. The day was filled with beautiful sights and scenery.

Not what we expected disappointed.
Was expecting this experience to be the highlight of our trip to Vienna, it was not. You spend a high proportion of your time on board, getting out off, and returning via the lock to the mooring point on the canal. Our main coarse chicken was dry, and one of our party had to return her meal because it was off. Starter and soup along with dessert fine. Very little to see on the section of the Danube we travelled along, I believe we went under two to three bridges before turning. The best part was returning along the canal which was a hive of activity with all the bars lit up, music playing, and patrons dancing a great sight. (It was a Friday night).

Great Cruise with Slight Hiccup
Overall the cruise was delightful: good food, nice crew, lovely ride. My only complaint is that there was confusion about the meeting place. It was not where Viator originally said it would be. I had to download WhatsApp to communicate with the vendor.
