Excursion to the summit craters led by our guide Luca!! Fantastic experience, from the Jeep ride to the end of the hike. Luca was very good, thoughtful and very prepared. Unique experience. I recommend dressing and taking windproof jackets, although they are provided in case you forget them. We caught a lot of wind at the top! The best!!!

A wonderful experience despite the vagaries of Mother Nature! We didn't get to go to the top of Mount Etna, as the excursion was cancelled due to the weather conditions. However, the guide did everything he could to offer us an alternative so that we could have a great experience of our time on Etna. Well done to the guide and the organisation. We'll be back and this time we'll climb to the top of this magnificent volcano :)

Very disappointed... after making an appointment on Wednesday evening I was told that it was impossible because of the weather and I was offered Thursday morning even though according to them it would be better from Saturday. As I couldn't wait and it was either Thursday or never I decided to go Thursday morning. Arriving there I saw the fog but I told myself that once at the top (2800 meters) I would manage to see something, so I paid 138€ for 2 people to see a fog. I paid to see absolutely nothing. Not even a little word of apology. Nothing! If you want to visit Etna check the weather in advance, if they predict a few clouds don't go! They will tell you it’s good but you will pay for nothing! It's a scam...

Crazy experience, lunar landscapes and indescribable emotions, to be experienced with all the senses because the volcano seen like this is experienced with all the senses: we heard the roar of the explosion, breathed the sulphur, saw the fantastic smoke rings forming in the sky... . In short, a truly recommended trip to the summit craters departing from Provenzana. We went with two children aged 8 and 11 and thanks to the super guide Daniele we truly had a wonderful trip, with the right timing, managing to see everything, enjoying everything. Thank you!!!! Beautiful experience, adventurous... the guides Tobias and Andrea really experienced, extremely available even when on the dirt I did not feel safe in continuing to drive the quad (especially because of my son got that he was not still because afraid) Andrea came to our aid loading us with his vehicle to 3 places to continue the excursion .. and in the end my son Damiano also had a lot of fun especially when Andrea made him try to drive, of course with his supervision .. The straconsiglio and above all an applause to our experts and TOPPISSIME guides Tobias and Andrea!!

Fantastic experience from all points of view. Well organized, guide (Sunday) very prepared and helpful. Recommended for people trained and without physical problems, given the very steep climb is the long downhill stretch (6 km). Everything took place on schedule of about 6 hours.
