Schweiz er berømt for chokolade - men dens vigtigste ingrediens vokser ikke her. Så hvad er historien bag, og hvor kommer kakaobønnerne fra? Hvordan kan vi smage chokolade med alle vores sanser, og hvad vil det sige at fremstille den på en etisk måde? Deltag i vores tur for at finde ud af det! Vores erfaring starter med en interaktiv workshop, hvor du lærer at smage chokolade som en mesterchokoladesmager. Din guide vil lede dig gennem chokoladens historie i Schweiz, udfordringer i chokoladeindustrien, og du vil blive introduceret til en ny generation af schweiziske, etiske chokolademagere! Efter workshoppen tager vi offentlig transport til vores næste stop - en chokoladefabrik. Du vil have en unik chance for at observere hvert trin i produktionen og lære, hvordan chokolade laves - fra rå bønner til færdige barer. Og selvfølgelig er en masse chokoladesmagning inkluderet, mens vi går! Nyd hver bid med god samvittighed! :-)

Vi starter med en kort chokoladeworkshop, hvor vi lærer om chokoladens historie i Schweiz, vi vil opdage, hvordan man smager chokolade som professionelt, og vi vil blive fortrolige med bønne-til-bar chokoladeproduktionsmodellen.
Vores næste stop vil være en chokoladefabrik, hvor du vil være i stand til at observere hvert trin i en bønne-til-bar chokoladefremstilling. Og selvfølgelig venter der mere chokoladesmagning! :)

We had the most amazing experience with Diana from Detours Zürich on the Ethical Chocolate Tour! We really enjoyed this tour. We got to taste delicious chocolate but also learn a lot about the process of chocolate making and how to be conscientious consumers. We had a couple vegans in our group and they really catered to make everything vegan so everyone could participate in each part.

We've been wanting to take a chocolate tour in Zurich for a while, but most of them felt very commercial. When we came across the one from DeTours we knew that's the right choice. Diana showed us the way chocolate can be made ethically while keeping the result delicious. A part of the tour was chocolate tasting which we loved the most (for obvious reasons 🤤). It was great to get to know the bean to bar movement and be a part of the change thanks to DeTours. We loved it and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking beyond the chocolate of the big brand names.
