Booked a day trip to Essaouira from Marrakech got picked up from the Hotel on the specified time by the tour company Sahara Trips Transport was comfortable in a air conditioned vehicle we were kept well informed about any stops that were going to be made on the journey which by the way is pretty long about 2.5 to 3hrs in total( one stop on the way about 20 minutes) On the way the tour guide told us about the history of Essaouira and was kind enough to what’s app all the tour party details of which places to visit and even recommended which restaurants to dine at On arrival we had about 4hrs in total to look around at our own pace the driver stopped by the sea front( same place for pick up later) We made our way to the medina which is situated within a large walled fort like building which also incorporates some restaurants and a good array of market stalls Then we decided to make our way to the sea front and the fish market( be prepared for the strong smell of fish) quite impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean and a good beach area Overall a good day out of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and less crowded areas
This was my 2nd time in Essaouira, booking was simple, tour guides kept me updated. Friendly and welcoming. Would recommend if you are looking for someone to book with. Definitely worth the visit in Essaouira will come back again ☺️
We really enjoyed this trip! First stop was at an argan cooperative where the entire process of preparing argan oil products was presented, from kernel to food products and beauty cosmetics and at the end we went to the shop and bought products prepared by them. Then we went to the old town which is very nice, with the specific architecture and everything! The experince we loved most was our lunch in the fish market in Essaouira. We picked up the fish that we wanted and then went on a rooftop terrace (please do not expect it to be a fancy one, but treat it as an authentic experience which is a MUST DO) where the locals cooked it for us - fried and grilled, they served us french fries, olives' salad and tomatoes with onions salad and soda/water. The prices are very cheap if you negociate so, do it in the local markets. The views from the beach are simply stunning so feel free to explore the area by foot because the trip allocates enough time to relaxedly walk around the area, eat and just lay on the beach and enjoy the sun, waves and sound of the ocean. Special thanks to our guide, Toufik and our driver, Adnan for taking us to this great trip and recommending us to go eat in the fish market. You really rock, guys!
On Friday the 7th we traveled to Essaouira . The trip was fantastic every thing was well organised we took lots of photos the driver Adnan was kind person and helpful.
The trip to Essaouira went well. It was a long trip with 2 short breaks. Driver was friendly and drove us relaxed to the destination.
thank you for your feedback, but do you think this trip deserve only 3 starts as you know before you book the trip, actually what is included only transportation and the minibus was one of the new model and Mercedes brand and also the driver was communicating with all group using MICROPHONE and pickup and drop-off was absolutely in time which is hard to find all these conditions in a shared group tour Thank you 🙏 😊
Ouzoud Waterfalls is an absolutely stunning natural wonder! The cascading falls, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant rainbows, create a breathtaking view. The hike to the base of the falls is both scenic and rewarding, with opportunities to spot playful monkeys along the way. There are also charming cafes and spots to relax while soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. Whether you’re an adventurer or just looking for a peaceful escape, Ouzoud is a must-visit destination. The tour guide was great too

Excellent journey to Essourria - was very prompt and also picked me up directly from my riad in a car to the main vehicle. Nice, clean vehicle with A/C and WiFi available and prompt with timings!
